Pure Smoker Protoge 1.1 Alternative

I like the voltage, battery life and size of the Protoge but I'm concerned about the build quality.

I'm getting sick or replacing burnt out cartos on my 808 and still want to be able to bring my pv into a bar/club so it cant be too big/scary/weird looking.

Any suggestions?

latest proto version has improvements in all areas....top/adapter, button/switch and bottom/cap.

I'm still using my V1.0 with the new, free switch replacement Cash sent out to all of us and other than a bit of cross threading (my own fault and improved in V1.1), it's a solid device and PS stands behind above and beyond.

Other I've not tried:
Super-T Manufacturing
VP-1 or VP-2
Janty eGo ( I do have a V3 stick that rocks )

I was going to ask the samd question. I have not given up on my Protege but deffinately buying a back up as my SB is large for out and about. The vps named are the ones on my short list leaning towards the BB as the SB is awsome, I just don't use it on HV.
