Pure VG in Ego-T?

Hi all

Been smoking American Spirit Ultra Lights - about a pack a day. Noticed at my corner store they had disposable electronics (Envy Delight 24mg) so I grabbed a few to try them out. I love them. I mean I LOVE them! Has anyone tried these? Id love to know a comparable flavored juice...but I digress.

For me it seems to me that my best option is for the Ego T. I don't want to have to muss and fuss just seems easier to me, and what am I going to miss without dripping when I dont know dripping to start, so....sold.

So based on raves for the girls over at cignot, Ive gone there to place my starter kit order, then went to go find some juices to add to the order, and frankly Id really RATHER VG to PG. I had my cart full of VG with the exception of one that was 4% ish PG...then I came digging around here....

Most of you guys here are saying EgoT is a no go with VG....

And they don't seem to really offer much for blends at cignot - its one or the other.

For personal reasons Id really like to go with more VG than PG, can I? Does it just mean I clean every day? I don't mind that much. I don't take huge draws off this, like more of airy mouth hit that I inhale and exhale out my nose while I'm taking another drag if that makes sense. I pulse the manual button a bit. I only hit it maybe every 10 minutes right now if even that. Take a few hits then put it down. With this type of use would VG be okay?

If the majority of you guys really think no pure VG...... Im looking for a sweet tobacco flavor with cream / caramel / cotton candy / toffee thing going on. Can any of you guys point me to a inexpensive option that offers a proper blend up that will work well with the EgoT?

I love my ego t I use freedomsmoke usa juices with a 50/50 pg/vg blend and it works very well. I have had no problems. They have a juice called ry5 I think sounds like what your lookin for. They have cheap samples you can get and try. They are a great supplier

I have used 50-50 with no problems, I prefer 80-20 but 50-50 had no issues witht he eGo-T for me

I use pure VG from hitliquid and I have to clean my atty with vodka every 2 weeks. I also take the same types of rips as you. I love VG.

Step 1 have the vodka out, what the heck have a shot

Step 2 pour a shot of vodka for cleaning the atty

Step 3 pour another shot for cleaning the atty since I accidently drank the shot in step 2 as well

The higher VG concentration I've used, the less it wicks, so I end up getting a burned hit (kinda tastes like a "filter hit" on a cigarette) this means that the atty has no liquid in it. As I said ymmv, but I have a hard time with anything over 70/30 I end up sucking too hard to get it to wick, and flood the atty, or not enough, and get a burned taste. After re reading what I've said, those problems I was having, was just from not being used to a higher VG concentration. I bet I could do it if I had more practice, sorry for the confusion.
So to wrap up, the more VG you use, the harder it will be to wick. But not impossible. These were designed for a 70/30 mix, so that's why I use that. Good luck!

What about using carto's with your E GO-T...I have to use all VG, PG makes my head hurt like right after I take a hit. I even tried 90vg/10pg and I woke up the next day with my mouth on fire, red and swelled. I just ordered the E GO from LF and some boge 510 carto's. I use the USA tobacco mix from Liberty-Flights...100% VG. I used it with my atty setup and carto's both and never had any problems. Seems to me the VG mix runs thinner than some I've tried. You could always purchase a 30ml of VG and a 5ml of PG..same juice flavor and mix your own.

Can anyone clarify the normal order when referencing mix? like 70/30 which comes first VG or PG?

@Kellie - thanks so much for that. I LOVE the free flavor splash idea! I'm definitely going to try the cowboy tobacco with a few different splashes.

If like some people you are allergic to PG, you can dilute the VG with DISTILLED water to make it more liquidee, straight VG is very syrupee, so you have to draw very hard to get it to wick.
I chain VAPE, I can go through up to 10 tank carts in a day, the normal amount is 3, so I've never had the patience to get it to work. Sometimes I will add a little bit more of a PG mix, but I don't think I could VAPE over 50/50, that would be too much work for me.

Check out freedomsmokesusa, he's got ALOT of choices, any variable you want in VG/PG mix, plus extra flavor and stuff. Plus great prices I ordered 120ML for $40, there are cheaper sites I use that are good too, but they don't have the ability to tailor my juice any way I want. One gives me three choices. Straight PG, straight VG, or 80pg/20vg. But he's $35 for 180ML!

Most of the people on here that do that have tried it, and had an allergic reaction to it, just wondering why.

Got my eGo T on Monday and had ordered PG/VG mix, as suggested...and I had a sore throat! Burning up the nose...apparently my body doesn't like PG, darn it. It got a little better yesterday, but last night had the worst ........ ever...another sign of allergic reaction. Today, it's burning my nose again and a heck of a lot of green mucus. (sorry for the disgusting descriptions, but...it is what it is) I went ahead and ordered more VG from Todd at vaperite...Kona Cream is total WIN!! I realize I will probably have to clean/go thru these expensive attys quicker with dark VG juice, but if I can't vape PG, I can't vape PG.

I really don't want to drip, so the Tank seems to be 'the answer' for me. Also love the POWER of the eGo (started with Blu, then 510 PT-broke both within 2 days). No more cheating with the analogs for this Kitty! Anyone else find out they are allergic to PG? Does it ever get any better, or is VG my only option? Thanks!

I'm pretty bad about it, but when I quit I was smoking between 3-5 packs a day, and I had more 5days then I did 3. I figured out the amount of nicotine I'm vaping, and I've actually cut out 67% of my nicotine intake since I've started vaping. So I end up supplementing with 36 when I'm having a hard time. But it's gotten ALOT better the longer I stay away from the smokes!

The thinner the juice the better in the tanks.

I also have to say that I'm down to less than 2 tanks per day. Vodka is just a very clean, food grade alcohol. I soak it for 30 minutes, pour it through both ends 20-30 times and put it near the outlet of my air purifier for at least 36 hours before using it again. I tried a dry burn once and it tasted so bad I had to do the vodka thing again. Vg starts tasting dry and a little burnt until you can't get any vapor out of it anymore. That's when I clean the atty. This just happened today so I cleaned it and switched to an argh I cleaned a week ago and it all great tasting clouds of vape. I just ordered 2 lr atties from tw today. I'll let you know how that goes in a couple of days.

Have you tried an ry4?

You guys are so awesome. I love active forums. To answer your question I don't want so much PG because my best friend, my Labrador, has inhalant allergy issues which have been flaring up while Ive been messing with these Envy Disposables.

Ive been trolling FreedomSmokesUSA for hours now, I'm definitely buying my first go round from him, but I don't see many with an option of getting away from the 50/50 blend. oRYental 4 flavor Pre-mixed is all I can find actually that has it as an option in the drop down boxes.

Noob, I have not but I like the sound of it and am going to pick up a small bit of it as well to give it a go.
