PureSmoker 14500 battery question

I posted this on PureSmoker but didn't get any response. I'm in dire need of some new batteries for my ICON. Does anyone know if the TrustFire Protected 3.7V 900mAh 14500 Lithium Battery will work? If so, how do they compare to the Tenergy 14500 that PureSmoker sell on their site?

Puresmoker site says that protected batts will not fit. With that, IMR should be your only choice; for fitment and safety reasons.
