Are we done now? I was a little anxious, this was a first time buy from a smaller company. I just wanted to make sure all was legit.

I ordered from Steve on 12-15 and he shipped it 12-16. All I get from the tracking # Steve provided is that it left Santa Clarita on 12-17. Unfortunately, I am at the mercy of the postal service. Every day I get excited as I am on my way home just hoping it will be in the mailbox, but it never is, lol. I guess that will make it that much more exciting when I do get it.
But I do have to say, as most of you know, Steve has just been wonderful through the whole process. He answered every email I sent the same day and apologized when he couldn't change my order because he shipped it out so fast, lol. I will definately be ordering more stuff from Steve, but I think I will wait until after Christmas so shipping will be a little faster.

Texas - I imagine your timing would be similar to mine (I'm in Arkansas) and I'm due to get my package today. Hopefully you'll see yours! Those tracking things are never great. I'm surprised I can see mine made it to my local post office very early this morning. A lot of times I don't see any updates until I've received the package. So it's sort of a crap shoot in terms of how much info you can get from that.

I support small companies as much as possible, in most of what I buy and have been treated just fine, sometimes better. Yes, I'll even drive 5 miles out of my way when I could go just a block or wait more than a day for my package to be delivered. LOL. You can also clearly see puresmoker is a great company by just skimming the sight for a few seconds.

Actually I was over there 2 yrs ago, flew through Heathrow, and have to say that you guys are really cool over there
One thing did strike me as odd though, not in London but on the plane
I noticed that every single stewardess was a dude
Not saying anything, just an observation
I imagine that they only let the girls drive the plane
But good for you guys its very progressive of you to not only completely abandon gender role stereotypes but to completely reverse them.

Placed an order with Steve late Friday night for a USB pass-thru battery & a few extra atomizers for my supply. I also place an order for a USB battery pack (3000mAh) from e-bay so I could use the pass-thru away from my computer. The mail just delivered the package from Puresmoker. With all the mail delays due to Christmas I wasn't expecting to get this till after the holiday. I am now convinced Steve has the post office hired as customer service reps I have not even gotten a ship confirm from the e-bay seller yet. The pass-thru is working great but I do see what others have posted about the "fit" not being quite right. It does work amazingly well. When I get the USB battery pack I will post a review with my impressions for the group.

Just to let you know I placed an order with steve 2 Friday's ago and didn't get it til this past Thursday.. Wasn't normal But he Kept me in the loop ..But USPS had no clue where my package was.
But then I placed another order Friday and Got it This morning so I really don't think it's Steve.. I think It's Just the Good Ole United States Postal Service.
Plus Steve told me his business went 4 times the average in sales this past week, so He's Slammed! I just think it's great If he emails me within the same day.
You know it's got to be Hard being the #1 Supplier of E-cigarettes in the U.S. and Only having him and his Wifey running it.
