Man.. Here i sit.. post Office already delivered my mail and no packages... From what all of you guys said Steve at puresmoker was fast shipping a+ all the way, and according to paypal he hasnt even printed a shipping label for either of my orders, and i paid for express shipping like 10.50 on one the orders and placed a 2nd one today... Now im not so sure i should have.. Im really frustrated because One of my njoy atomizers died last night and im down to 1 atomizer and running a little low on liquid.. Jane was a little slow on shipping too though.. she printed a label today and i placed both orders around 6 am or so on Friday.. Sorry just frustrated and had to vent...

It is up to the shipper to enter the tracking number in the paypal order. I placed an order on thursday with Steve and got it today. I just checked my transaction in paypal and there is no tracking number there.
So I dont know if he types them in. I know on the package I just got there was a delivery confirmation number, which is not for tracking, it is to prove I got delivery.
Email Steve and ask for the delivery confirmation number, and then you can see where the package was delivered.
I know sometimes my stuff gets delivered to my neighbors box.

Oh yeah, I got an e-mail stating that he got my order etc... but nothing saying it shipped. and everything i ever do through paypal normally states that it has been shipped etc and lets me track it. Even kick juice from jane i can track....

Go to steves site and you can login and review your purchases and it will show if the item has shipped. Be patient Steve does get things out quick I'm sure it is not his fault USPS has been up and down for the last week and shipping for this time of year is slow !!!!!!!! Things are backed up everywhere

hey everyone ...

We don't use any of Paypal's features except for actual payments. Both order and shipping confirmations come from our integration software which I will be completely honest about ... It ain't perfect. It integrates the "shipped" message but doesn't pull up the tracking, so if you guys ever need it, never hesitate to shoot me a PM/Email.

Jason, I went ahead and PMed you your tracking details bud.

Rob, that delivery confirmation # is indeed also a tracking #. See Example Below (last 4 digits have been changed to keep privacy)

O, and I should also add ...

In the past, some of our shipments would make it from CA to Virginia and Florida in 2 days. But recently (over the past week or two) its slowly dropped to about 3 days. I even have shipments within California now taking 3 days ... Everything should be back to normal after the first or 2nd week of January. So please, do expect/add an extra day or two when thinking about stuff being shipped.

Add in the issues with USPS Electronic Shipping, and to say the least, this Holiday Season has been a shipping nightmare!!!! Keep the faith guys, we'll get you what you need as soon as be physically can!

Ordered from Steve and another supplier with a bad website. Both delivered quickly...but the second order I put in for 3 atomizers, 2 extra 901 batteries, Riskee Yuice, Coconut, Pina Colada, and Coca Cola arrived on fire it got here so fast. (Just kidding.)

Steve's juice is packaged better, and he's fast as hell so unless I can't get it from him he's my favorite so far.

On the e-cig for 4 days now, have no desire to smkoe a regular cigarette again. I hope they stay around. :cry: I'm going to stock up in case. I've smoked it everywhere, and have gotten nothing but good reactions. I can even smoke it at work!

I have to confess that I don't really like any of the flavors by themselves, and as of now my wife and I have about 15 different flavors. (She has an e-cig too, but she is just a casual smoker. She just thought it was cool). I already have several favorite mixes of flavors though....

Another thing to note...USPS is slower than molasses when it comes to updating their tracking. Unlike UPS, it isn't updated immediately and often I get my packages from Steve before it shows that it's out for delivery on the tracking. I finally just gave up on tracking and figure it'll be 2 days in most cases...3 in worst case.
