    Thanks again Steve for the sale. I just got my order in this morning. I had a hard time deciding how much to order so decided to sleep on it. I ended up with 180ml of SLM and a small bottle of the Criollo. I've been looking for a good cigar flavor for when I need something a little different. I experienced some difficulty placing my order this morning but finally got it to go thru. It kept kicking me back to my cart instead of placing the order. Oh well, it did go thru and I got a confirmation. By the way, you can go ahead and ship Wiz's order first. He goes thru the liquid alot faster than I do and I am sure he is in greater need than I am.

    OK Hi there! New to ECF and I want to say I love it here!! I just placed an order and because I got a new ego kit I couldn't stock up on liquids :( stupid not having an unlimited supply of money lol (but I did buy 1 ((the Clove flavor which was an occasional indulgence of mine before they stopped selling Clove analogs here) I have read so many great things about your company that I decided to buy from you (I was really wanting to get the T-Rex in pink because I like the styling a bit better but your prices were way better! I got waaay more for the same I would have paid for the T-Rex @ evolutionwrapz so TY TY TY)

    Thanks! I do have one question though. I submitted a ticket right after my order was placed when I realized there was a problem (for some reason 2 of the items were the wrong quantities (saying 1 6ml bottel instead of 3 and 1 cartomizer instead of 5) not sure why it dropped to 1) I haven't gotten a response yet, and I just logged into your site and saw the "view change order" but now I can't do it because it's "in the final stage of processing or shipped" (which I doubt it shipped on a Sunday) What do I do?

    Hey Kitty,

    We are in the office Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm(ish) so Casey should take care of you tomorrow.

    However, with that said, once an ordered is submitted/charged, we can't change it or charge more. Best bet, if you still want to use the coupon is to place a 2nd order, and in the notes section state "Ship with previous order # xxxxx) Assuming we see it, we can put a freebie juice in to make up for the extra shipping.
