I finally received all the items I needed to evaluate the e-cig system as an alternative to hookah smoking. I bought some 0mg juice and cartomizers to experiment with a 5v pass-through. I really dig it! The taste is much cleaner, but a little more artificial in nature. Could just be the juice I bought. The flavors are still great though. I'm more of a puffer than deep inhaler, and the flavors are just so nice. I can bathe myself in yummy vapor.
5v with 3.2 ohm cartomizers ~ 8w. The vapor is actually a tad hot, but the flavor is fresh and unburnt. Better than the taste I was getting dripping into attys. Since I found that I like the feel of 7-8w, I decided to order a GLV2 mini. Doesn't seem like I enjoy the higher voltage of others since I'm a flavor chaser, not trying to emulate a cig hit. Can't wait to get it! I'll have to live with my PT for now...
