What this turned out to be was a discussion on a bill before the state legislature to enact a law to prevent minors from being able to buy personal vaporizers. I'm not against that. However, there is some ambiguous language in the bill that mentions any from/type/flavor of vapor producing liquid, containing nicotine or not. The host of the show is in favor of pv use, although he neither smokes nor vapes. The legislature member was defensive about the liquid language.
