PVC Mod?

I was thinking of making a pvc mod with a double/triple atty but add a short screw on pipe so you are sucking it out of one larger "pipe" instead of several atty's

Is there any reason pvc would be a bad option as long as the hot parts/electrix are insulated?

My mother the eccentric scientist would probably tell you something along the lines of, "Heating plastic beyond 110 degrees causes the plastic to emit harmful micro-particles and fumes, that have been known to cause cancer and tear down cells." She would also caution you against using teflon, or plastic silverware for the same reason.

I guess my question would be: why PVC? Is it because it's easier to mold? I had a similar idea the other night involving multiple attys.
