First of , all my apologies to the staff. I ended up sending a message, when it was for a member. Anyway, my message was for BillyBob, and I wanted to ask, if I got the Smoktech 510 pyrex Dct "slim" mini tank to convert to 808 threading for my battery, would it look gawdy/bulbous or would it be close to the circumference of the battery?

Aside from that, I see no reason why you couldn't use blank 808-threaded cartomizers in a cartotank. 808 & 510 threaded cartomizers are the same diameter, differing only in the connector thread.
What you'll need to check is the length of the cartomizers you buy, and that they are the same length as your cartotank. I believe that the Smok pyrex cartotanks are 45mm long, so you'll need XL length (45mm) cartos. 808 threaded pre-punched 45mm XL cartomizers
