Not sure the age of this article, but the FDA analysis the writer cited were from poorly done tests the FDA did a couple of years ago. In other words, the information the writer provided is useless.

Yep, just another writer trying to make money off of ad traffic from a website. Gives no solid evidence and the article is over in a flash - these stories are a dime a dozen on across the web........it's beyond old at this point.

The test in question tested some random very low quality carts from China several years ago.vaping today is quite different, very few vapers today buy products like that, instead, as you assumedly know, people buy their own liquids from known vendors, people who wouldn't add rat poison to make their product more addictive.

No, nobody I know of has ever added rat poison to any eliquid before anybody takes my post out of context, I was just making a point of how ridiculous the test was. They were also making a big deal about PG, which is used in some antifreeze. Oddly enough, water is also found in antifreeze, but that doesn't mean we should quit drinking water... :)

PG is also found in numerous food products. Next time you grab a bear claw or other similar form of junk food from the vending machine, take a look at the ingredients. If we can eat it I think inhaling the vapor generated is just as safe.

"Until more is known about the potential risks, the safe play is to say no to electronic cigarettes. If you're looking for help to stop smoking, there are many FDA-approved medications that have been shown to be safe and effective for this purpose".

Safe? If he's talking about Chantix, I'll stick with nicotine. If he's talking about NRT, I'll stick with vaping.

Effective? Not nearly as effective as vaping. Look it up, Doc.

This schmuck is killing people.
