Hi,

I've have a soft pouch for carrying around parts for my 510 comfortably in my pants pocket.

What could I use to keep the button on the 510 from being pressed on for long periods of time while pouch is in my pants pocket? Small size is critical.

Thanks,
:) Dave W.

How about a small plastic tube, such as a drill bit or other small tool would come packaged in from the hardware store.

how come you all quote my post with rude comments

with the pcc you would not need a pocket protector it would already be protected and the button would never get pressed

Nothing was meant to be rude. The OP said "size is critical". He's looking for a simple solution to cover a button. Buying another device is not really the answer to his question.

I' using a clip from a tire guage to clip it to the inside of my pocket..

I wish the entire 510 fit in the PCC so I could just pull it out.

Attention PCC manufacturers in China make a PCC plus that is 1/4 in. taller and 1/2 inch wider so that it holds a 510 ready to vape..

you think they could of thought of this themselves!?!?!?!?!?!:-x

hello evryone, this is my first post ( literally, I've never joined or posted on an internet forum before ). after bouncing around and reading this forum the past week and a half or so, I decided to buy the Joye 510 from Widows and I love it. Since I got it 3 days ago I've gone from 2 packs a day / for the past 25 years to 6 cigs in 3 days ( all fisrt thing in the morning with my coffee ). I learned alot on this forum and was confident in making my purchase. I've been able to avoid most of the little problems associated with the 510 due to all the comments and posts I've read so far. What a great site this is. My Questions are, 1.) does anyone sell a good carry case for the 510 and accessories or are we left to find and modify our own? and 2.) is there a passthrough available that I can use in the car with a cig lighter?
I did like the Idea of the tire gauge clip, I had just mentioned that to someone earlier today and was going to try it. I was thinking of an ink pen clip at the time but a tire gauge sounds alot better.

I use a tire gauge clip that arches over the button. Keeps the button from being pressed.

Welcome!

I don't think anyone makes a carry case for the 510 that will hold an assembled unit. One of the forum members came up with the idea of a Super Bee dart case, and I love it since it's pocket size and holds up to three assembled 510s and accessories. Here's a picture http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tips-tricks/13377-new-case-idea-dart-case.html#post299739

You can use any passthrough in the car with a cigarette lighter USB adapter. They're often marketed as cell phone chargers. Ideally it should have an output of at least 1000mA. If you search the forums for "car adapter" (with the quotes) you'll find lots of discussion and some examples.
