Note: I tried this on my clone first before I would do this to my real Aqua, not sure how things would go heat-wise.


This guy came in at .45 ohms, and vapes like a champ. Each side is one single ribbon utilizing a square post ring made of 90 degree bends. This is a cloud maker in Aqua terms as far as I know.

That looks great! Please explain the "square post ring made of 90 degree bends". I have always struggled with ribbon and posts, consequently all my ribbon trends to stay in my vape box, I would love to get some more use out of it!

Actually, the wicks are all independent and it does not dry hit. I've run through two tanks, chain vaping without a dry hit. I appreciate the criticism though.

And then there's the fact that the two top coils will always run hotter than the bottom two because the air flowing to them is actually the eat from the bottom two and that should make dryhits even worse.

Your wicks are not truly independant if they touch each other. Dedicated is very diff from shared.

I am saying this because I run 70vg/30pg...You are probably running something like 20vg/80pg if you getting no dryhits

Running 60/40 homemade and it's going just fine. The wick density is what makes this possible IMHO. There are no cooling issues. It does get a little warm, but that should be expected.

No offense, if you aren't using the platform, please don't tell me what is possible or not. If you have troubles building it on your own feel free to PM me and I'll gladly provide advice.

I dunno my mang, i find it hard to believe that it works at all. even a "taste" wick like in protanks' will cause dryhits and burnt taste

i got ur pictures, need no guide as your pictures are pretty clear (wick density comment is full of S.)
