Quad Coil question

Can i run 4 coils off a 3 post rda? So it would be 1 coil off of each side of the negative post.

So something like this

I don't have any personal experience, but that's how I've seen it done most frequently.

Yes, but you have to be very careful stacking the legs so they don't short. It's made a bit easier if the posts are drilled so you can run one high and the other low on the same side.

Yes it is possible to build a quad coil on a 3 post. My first quad was on a nimbus with a 28gauge. And also I agree with botomline, you want the legs to be parallel and not intersecting as it will short. Mind if I ask what atty you're building a quad on?

It would be built on a patriot clone. So as long as the same side coils dont touch on the center post ill be good?
