What are you holding the mod with? Is that a towel? An Ove Glove? Made out of Kevlar so you don't blow your hand off?

.07? Really?

Have fun with that pipe bomb while it lasts....

And if ya don't like it don't try it. I know the risks. I know research I have done. I never have and never will show someone how I build that low and will never try to convince anyone to do it either. That said vape on eat healthy look twice before crossing the road don't talk to strangers and don't do anything ya ain't comfortable with...

Using a battery at 3x it's designed continuous discharge rate is just dangerous. In fact if you have been stressing it with builds like this, the CDR of your 25R is probably even lower than 20 amps now.
Irrespective of whether you show anyone else how to build it, that battery is going to vent sooner or later. I'm not trying to be preachy, I just don't want you or anyone else to get hurt.

And another problem is if a newb comes in here not knowing anything and sees that and what your building at... "Hey i saw this guy on ECF that built it like this, so I copied him and now I'm in the hospital missing a hand and half my face. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!!"

I didn't even notice he was wearing a thermally protective glove at first. I saw the rust, then the ohms measurement and thought Oh god, here's next weeks exploding mod story... but then hes done all his research on how a copper mod has the magical ability to triple his batteries CDR so hes all good.

As I said don't do it if you don't want idc. The cdr is low on these batteries however the pulse rate is higher than any other I ha e seen if you don't count the vtc5. I know what I'm doing if you don't DONT DO IT simple as that. You want to get on me for what I do have fun. I don't question my builds batteries or mods and if you do its best to stop. Y'all have a nice day n vape safe...

But, you posted pictures of your coils, their resistance, and the battery you use in a public forum. This invites commentary and a critique of what you did....the exact reason why you posted. The folks who have commented here have done exactly what you asked them to do. Naturally, you're going to get a wide range of responses. If you're not prepared to accept that this could happen it might be better to not post in the first place, instead of telling people not to respond....to something you publicly posted for feedback.

For me, I think that staple helix build is gorgeous. Using a 25R at those discharge rates is not a good idea though. Not only is that crazy beyond what the 25R can handle but there are better choices. If you had any problem with your mech, and that happens, that battery will vent...at least. There are other concerns driving how we react to the way you're using the 25R...what others might do reading what you did. You say you know what you're doing. But others who read that you're using a 25R like that might not know what they're doing. And they could get in big trouble as a result. We emphasize safety very strongly here for a good reason, ECF's members have a wide range of experience levels.

There are several other batteries with lower voltage drops than the 25R when discharged hard, i.e., they hit harder. They include the VTC4, HD2, Aspire 1800mAh (ICR though), and probably the HB2 (but I haven't tested it yet).

...and there's the pulse rate comment. I knew it was coming.

Pulse rating means ABSOLUTELY nothing in terms of how we use these batteries!

You're going to get someone or yourself hurt!

If it was a good build you wouldn't be wearing a chain mail glove to hold the mod!!

    Just stop!!

I Check your battery reviews before I buy anything! Best display of independent testing of battery's directly for Vaping ! Thanks for your service and taking your time to do it
