I have been vaping this 5 volt Box mod for about a month and it rocks! I have 200.00 mods and this hits as nicely and is worry free as the cost makes it replaceable except for the sentimentality of it as the maker is also my friend!
Here is a pic of both sides of mine. I asked that Steve sign the mod as a momento and for posterity sake.

Bonnie, you are a sweetheart. So glad you love it. I love your silver carto on there, and your cute dip tip. Thank you for the kind words. I am having fun building these. Everyone has been thrilled with how they perform. The 3.7 box mods are pretty amazing with the new dual coils too.

Mod ho's need one of those in their arsenol.......

I have (2) 3.7 box mods with choice of LED, and (6) 5 volt mox mods available also with LED choice.

Starting Thursday, I will be offering white box mods in both sizes as well.

LED choices are:
Indigo blue

Periwinkle (very light purple)

It is really fun reading all these postive reviews. Thanks everyone.

I've had my 3.7v box mod for a few days now, and it's completely amazing! It hits great, and the batteries last..well all day at minimum for me. Steve not only has a quality product here, but he has such a personal touch to his business. Any questions or problems you have he guides through the, and he always responds very quickly. I couldn't give a better endorsement to any other vendor that i've encountered, if you're interested in a box mod - steve deserves your business.

Thanks Steve!

Yes, I use a sealed 510 connection, and I also seal the connector with JB weld. I also seal the outside of the box. Only problem is its gray, but I still recommend it if you are going to be dripping. Dripping is a bit messy on a box mod, but if you have attys that dont leak much it will work much better than I have experienced with my leaky attys.

Here is a picture of how I seal the outside. I put a small bead just before I push it into the box, so that will seal it nicely so juice wont leak into the box.

Where is the button on the 5volt mods. I like the extra care given to keep juice out of the box. Nice Pics.

On that last pic Zilla posted, its just below the LED, see the little round black button?

I will also (as if its needed) vouch for his box mods... very well constructed, and work without a glitch. Ive had mine for a month now and still going strong. Also, I agree with his personal touches, and willingness to help all those with questions. Solid mod from a good guy!

P.S.

<--- It even works at 41000ft! :)

In the last picture, it is right underneath the LED. I have a stock of these built with blue LED. But I can also build them with the bigger button, like I use on the 3.7.

The smaller button you are seeing is a sealed tactile switch, that juice cannot get into. The larger switch, while a bit more durable IMO, is not sealed. So far I have had no problems with any of the switches.

Most people that are looking for a decorative box mod, like the small switch in the last picture, but you can pick what ever switch you like in the white ones I am getting. I just have to drill the hole accordingly.

I also JB weld the heck out of the inside of the atty connector to prevent it from spinning, which is a disaster if it happens. It will break the solder connection loose between the switch and the center post of the atty.

Sounds good. I got notice that my mad vapes order shipped today, so I will have it Wednesday. Thank you for helping me pull the trigger on offering the white ones. I already have someone else waiting for one too.

The 5 volt mod will take me two evenings to build, as I have to let the JB weld cure over night before going on to the next step, so soonest it will ship will be Friday or Saturday, depending on how long it takes for Mrs. Godzilla to decorate it I would expect it 1 week from today, or Tuesday at the lastest.

Thanks again.

Hey Bob, glad to hear working well for you. I am about ready to pop in a clear dual coil in my 3.7 box mod for the first time. Butter Rum Pecan Ice Cream to be exact. Firt time using one of the clear dual coils. Waiting for the battery to charge, letting the carto sit for a while. Chewing my finger nails down waiting. These 3.7 box mods are a heck of a value and kick with a LR anything! You should try one. Really.

Awesome Donnah! The boge cartos really are hastle free. The 2 ohms are a good range to maximize a selection of juices. not too hot, but nice and warm and good vapor. The 1.5 can get too hot for me on certain juices. But also personal preference.
Ivape has a pretty good deal on a standard LR 2.0hm boge. I have a feeling Bob will carry the boges too.

Cheers

Hey Deb, how the heck do you use that thing in the movies with that bright LED? I built one for myself without the LED just for that reason. Once every other week I take the kids to see a movie, and LED-less is awesome at the movies.

I guess you could cover the light with a couple of layers of electrical tape.

Glad you are liking it deb.

I press the button with the knuckle of my thumb, the pad of my thumb covers the light. I feel so ingenious.
