You're gonna love it! Steve is an awesome guy who makes quality mods...I bought my 1st 5v a few weeks back....then bought his 3.7v in white....now I'm waiting on my next 5v (needed one next to the bed) AND vv to be delivered! Im in vaping HEAVEN hehe

3 weeks of great vaping (and fewer in between refills w/ a good carto).
3 weeks of tough use, and damn durable. (dropped it and no problems)
3 weeks of rediscovering juices flavor (ones I was going to actually toss)
3 weeks of just...pure ...bliss.

I haven't put down my FoxyBox 5v mod Steve made me with the "periwinkle" LED
Closest to actual purple I could get..
It's damn smexy!!

That 5v has made all the difference in the world to me.

Been using them with the 510 CE2 Clearomizers XL Rev 5 (not one leak, split, crack) @ 3.0Ω/ohm

So glad I didn't allow my last bad experience with ______'s box mod make me jaded

Hello everyone! I almost feel like I know most of you. I have recently found this forum and have read posts back from the beginning. Quite a little devoted little family here! I purchased a 5v from Steve about a 3 weeks ago. I found the link off of Kick Bass Vapor' site. The price was so good, I couldn't pass it up. Then I met Steve, wow, what a guy, you can call it service, but I call it "one-hell-of-a-guy"! He responded to my emails before I could have even hoped. Best of all, I was going camping and was not really thinking that my jooses or mod could arrive in time. Lo and behold, both, in the mail box as we were leaving the house. I couldn't have been more excited. Almost a bad thing, cause it was my wife's birthday weekend, and here, I was getting presents. I charged the batteries as we were driving. I never knew vaping could be like this. I have read the term "warm and juicy", and now I know first hand, what bliss this really is. Steve, your awesome! And this mod is fantastic! Granted, this the first such devise I have ever had, but just can't believe I could be any happier or satisfied. I am in heaven! I had smoked Blue e-cigarettes for mostly a year. Totally dissatisfied! Batteries always dying, lousy vapor, lousy taste. My mod works great! It tastes unbelievable. I like looking in the mirror just to check out how cool the vapor and quantity of vape there is! Can I say more!!!! YES!!! In the next post.

Welcome llarz! This is a good bunch of people for sure, Steve here with the Foxy Box Mods and the good folks over at KBV making da yummy juice. Can't go wrong with that combo. I started out with Blu too .. and while it worked for me getting off stinkies, it was not as satisfying and a great 5v box from Foxy Box Mods .. I own 2 and I love them .. also have a 3.7v mod and a FMB VV -- the man knows how to build a good mod!!

Are they ever made with a 808 connecter? Or would I just have to get an adapter? Does using an adapter affect the performance at all?

I use a 510/901 adaptor for the KR808 cartos I have. No difference in performance.

I actually have an adapter left, in case you would want to order a box mod with an adaptor, I can manage that. I will sell the adaptor for what I paid for it ($3)

FYI I got one of those little voltage meter boxes and it's helping me figure out settings for the great VV box you made for me -- I switch up between several different juices/carto's during a day, and this thing is great for just slapping on whatever I want and being able to just vape. Thanks again!

All right, I'm back. One must work to put food on the table. BTW, gratz Steve on the new job. I'm sure thats quite the load off. A mans greatest fear when he has a family. Back to posativity,... you are really something shoot for new designs and configurations in your mods. I am so itchy to try one of your VV mods, but the 5v is just so great, its hard trying to explain to my wife why I want another. She knows how happy I am with the one I got. We quit smoking together a year ago and we haven't had one analog cig since. She has even quit the e-cigs and is pretty darn proud of herself. So buying one for her wouldn't be doing her any favor. I will be ever eager to see the new mods that you will come out with. I really like wood and kind of rustic simplicity, so am hoping you do more that direction. Prefer boxxy shaped as opposed to those uhm, uhm, other shaped ones. Its a guy thing, I'm sure you understand. Cool stuff though! I have a few shouts to do to a couple of your other loyal followers, so I will close this saying, thanks again. PS, I am in Cali too. Monterey county, just down the road. I have sons that live in SF.
