Got my vv box mod today. Luv it. Best thing since sliced bread!!! I only have dual coil 1.5 ohm cartomizers so I can't take it up to high until I get some 2.0 ohm dual coils. First vape on it I had it up on 6v and not 4v like I thought. Tasted burnt and it shut off. That was my own fault though. Steve marked 6v, 5v and 4v on the dial for me and I had them backwards. I'm straight now though. Thanks for doing that for me Steve. No need for a volt meter or guessing.
I only took 2 days from it being shipped and being in my mailbox. California to Michigan in 2 days that's just amazing. Thanks for doing what u do Steve. U rock!!!!!!!!!!!!

I forgot to say that I'm using the vv mod, 1.5 ohm dual coil with a slit and a j-tank. It is a great set up for me and I don't have any complaints. Enjoying life!!!!!!

Got my 5v mod today!! It works great and I think I like it tons more than my ego-t because of the way it's powered and because it's a box. The box seems a little more discrete than the ego-t. I received some rice krispity with my mod and i'm not sure if I'm a fan. I can smell it but I'm not getting much flavor from vaping it. I'm going to try my main juice here in a few so I can get a real feel for things. I'm also going to get some DC cartos at 2.0 ohm.

Are you using the Ego T tanks on it? If so, try a smoktech 2.0 dual coil, or a more economical single coil 3.2 ohm smoktech. that sample you got is about a month steeped, so it should be at its prime.

I'm using the 3.2 Smoktech with it right now. It might be because I'm use to vaping 16-18mg juice. I put my Vermillion River Cherrywood in a Boge SR carto and it's GREAT!! Tons of vapor and the flavor pops a lot more than it did with the ego-t!

Wow these first 2 14500 batteries are already showing a green light on the charger after less than 2 hours charging. I was expecting it to take 4-5 hours

That is something nice with the 14500's. No time at all to charge them. Even less time if you have two chargers and do a single battery in each charger. Get more even charge that way also.

I have a couple of 5v mods in both white and black I can ship. Other than that, I am pretty much out of ready to ship mods until next week. I am spending all my time finishing up my bottom feeders, and plan on putting those up for sale early this next week.

I also have some gorgeous 5v mods. The first two will be a pretty red color, and a deep blue color. I think they were in the photo I posted the day before yesterday.

I will ultimately have two types.

One type will be in a plain black plastic project box. Those should sell for $55 or $60

The prettier ones that have hand made enclosures and a gorgeous paint job (pictured a few days ago in my thread) will run $85 to $90 I think.

I will be announcing their release for sale this next week, once they are built.

Well the 5v mod is definitely well put together. I already dropped mine twice, once in the garage and once in the house, and it survived.
