I would try a couple of these. Maybe order a couple of 2 ohm duals, and 2.5 ohm duals. They are stainless XXL size and hold huge amounts of liquid. Try both and try to find your sweet spot at 5v. I tend to believe the 2 ohm duals will be best but have not tried them personally. I am only going by what I have heard from two different foxy box mod owners.

I've thought about trying a dual coil even on my KGO, but I was kind of worried it would be a lot more TH than what I'm used to with the 1.7 resurrectors. Is there any significant difference?

Hmm, maybe a bigger throat hit. I think I would tend not to worry about it, because I liked a kicked in the throat type of throat hit. Maybe pick up a 2.0 and a 2.5 dual coil to try out with your 3 ohm cartos. I tend to like the smoktech ones at 3.2 ohms, but I know you like the stainless ones. not sure where to get those. maybe try clouds of vapor?

I actually have some spare black boge 3 ohm ones coming in to tide me for now, but I was wanting some stainless steel ones to try out a tank mod as discussed here. Of course I'm still reading through the numerous posts and not sure if anyone is using it on a dual coil with success.

EDIT: But then if I did like either of those dual coils, at 2.5 ml, I doubt I'd need a tank.

The XXL ones lasted me all day, and out of habit, I would usually refill 3/4 the way thru the day, but I vape a lot, some days more than others. A wet carto is a happy and long lasting one, so its hard for me to take it for the hole day without refilling, but for some users, refilling once a day will be possible with these XXL sized ones (I think they even have larger on the market)
I get between 70 and 90 drops depending on the juice.

I somewhat feel it my duty to caution you on using the 5v FBM and a 3Ω carto. This combination can produce enough vapor in front of your face to block your vision, so proceed with caution.

lol agreed, especially with the right juice. I was vaping Coquito from eVaporClouds last night and totally obstructed my laptop screen!

You didn't link any clear ones, but I did for one of the XXXL ones I found at SmokTek, and stevenjb linked some from nhaler where you can mix and match the ohm. I'll be sure to let you all know my experience.

I think my post was a little confusing. I'm getting the smoktek cartomizers not the clear ones. Cheaper price per ml for testing.
