I spent yesterday reading most of this thread. It was amazing to see how quickly Godzilla's products evolved and how happy all of you have been with the box mods -- all of them! I can't think of a better recommendation than a group of happy customers and hope I will soon be joining the ranks as another satisfied FBM vaper. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I am covering shipping, so dont worry. I knew I could not get your mod repaired, and wanted you to get your tips.

I made the tips that way so that even factory differences would not keep those tips from fitting, and the fact that they are tapered, they wedge in nicely while staying straight. I hope you find the same.

I have another batch coming soon, and will post them.

As far as your vv repair, I should have it done by the end of the weekend.

Happy Giant Pizza Day!!! (we don't do turkey)

Any chance your can get ahold of some purpleheart wood to make me a purple wood tip? That would be sooo awesome. But I want a couple anyway, even if you can't!

Sundrinkr: You really won't be disappointed in FBMs ... I am still using the 3.7 and 5v ones I bought months ago, and they have taken a serious beating. I drop them all the time .. the batteries come out and fly all over but all goes back together fine and they are still working like new! That's some quality workmanship there!

Thanks Cleo. I sure wish I'd had one with me last night. I am always careful to take a couple of batts (Riva), extra cart, and bottle of juice with me when I leave the house for any length of time. Last night I arrived at brothers only to have my first batt die after 5 minutes. No problem, got out second batt. It died after two hits. ARGH!!!!!! Thanks goodness DH's batt was working, so he had to share the rest of the evening lol.

Hi Sun...I used acrylic paint and 2 thin layers of "out the door" nail polish top coat. It is still in great shape with no peeling at all. I did water down the consistency of my acrylic paint so that is is smooth to the touch when I run my fingers across the face. Hope that helps.

Question: For those of you who have painted designs on your black or white mods, what kind of paint did you use? Acrylic? Paint brush or does it come in a pen? Did you top coat it, and if so, with what? I like to do crafty things and would want to individualize mine....

Sun - I used some spray paint from the hardware store that is designed for plastic patio furniture that worked fine. Steve posted the picture on this thread. No base coat required, but selection of colors could of been better. I was looking for bright colors and I guess you don't want furniture real bright, but the blue looked good. Have fun.

Thanks Bliss and Hig! Nice pic Bliss -- that looks really cool. Hig -- I saw your blue one that you used outdoor fusion on. That came out very nice. I paint flower pots for rescue donations and use fusion A LOT so have a very large stock of colors. Too bad though, because the design I have in mind will be an outline and I've never been successful with stencils. Bliss-- I actually took a strawberry pot that has lots of little indentations and went round and round with every finger nail polish I have and then clear coated. Who would have thought that finger nail polish could be so versatile lol?

My wife used an oil based paint pen and used a spray on acrylic sealer. If you are good with a brush, I recommend using the paint pens to dob paint into a plastic cup and use the brush to paint it on if you are doing designs.

I am bowling in an all day tournament today for charity. I have 8 games to bowl. And I am still sore from trampolines.

Have a great day! I will try to check in.
