I ordered the peach menthol last night. I'm hoping it's delicious!

Does anyone know if you can customize your nic content? I'm currently between 6 and 12 but would really love some 8 or 9. I just don't want to buy double bottles to mix myself.

I'm going to have to try the banana I ordered soon. I don't get what the differenc is with the Vape Malls banana bread. The color of their juice is almost black. It has a really deep bakery/bread flavor and banana taste. Its litterally the best juice I've ever tried and makes your mouth water lol. I haven't gotten this from the light color banana bread juices I've tried from previous vendors. I'm crossing my fingers that Lucky 7's is comproable when I try it even though it doesn't look anywhere close to the same color.

If not o well, I have about 12-15 other flavors I prefer from lucky 7 right now lol. :2cool:

A couple of juices. Not a real big order

French vanilla
Caramel
Butterscotch
Vanilla custard
And one or 2 others

I have tried French Vanilla and it's very good. I really only got it to use as a mixer but it's delicious all on it's own. I also have Butterscotch and Caramel but haven't gotten around to tasting them yet. Those are two flavors that I know get much better after a long steep so I'm leaving them alone to improve with time.

What't wrong with you? Have you been following the situation? Yes, they said 2-4 days to fill an order but a LOT of us ordered OVER a week ago. I ordered 8 days ago and some people ordered 10 or more days ago and it's still awaiting fulfillment. That's why they are complaining. Sooner said orders would be going out in 2-4 days (read his post below for yourself) and it's been more than two times longer than their longest estimate on both their own site at checkout & in these forums. Get with reality. They promised 2-4 days processing time, not 10-12 days. They have earned their complaints for this.

Nobody is complaining about their eliquids, just their broken promise for 2-4 day processing. Catch a clue.

Simple then. Don't order anymore. The question is, have you been following the situation? As I said, if you have why are you surprised?

I just ate a banana, and now I'm vaping some L7V Banana nut bread....awesomeness.

This vape is everything I wanted my banana to be :D

I totally agree. Banana Nut Bread is absolutely delicious! I plan to get 120ml of the stuff (it will be my first 120ml bottle ever). Although, I didn't like Banana Cream or Banana Blast at all. I have a LOT of trouble tasting most fruit vapes so it may just be an issue with my own palate. It's hard to say why their other banana flavors don't work for me but their banana nut bread is so amazing.

Good grief! What's wrong with you? If you really have been following this thread you would have read that I have repeatedly stated that I plan to keep ordering from this company. Repeatedly. Also, when have I ever said that I was surprised? Never. The representative of the company told us himself that they were caught up from the last sale and that we could all expect to have our orders shipped out in 2-4 business days. That was the official statement from SOONERFAN01 of Lucky 7 Vapes on this forum. The company rep maid this claim multiple times directly to us, we placed our orders, and proceed to check for 8-12 days for a shipping notice. Yes, after we placed our orders he came on here and said they were behind but would be soon caught up, but many people were still waiting for their orders to be shipped. He told some people directly that their orders would be going out on a certain day only to have them not go out until days later. That's the situation.

I don't mind waiting for my VG, flavorless eliquid and sweetener order. I have a ton of other juice to vape, but many people don't have a cabinet with dozens of eliquids to vape. A LOT of people needed eliquid and were counting on Lucky 7 to deliver their orders in the time frame that Lucky 7 promised. They even reassured some customers, individually, on here that they were going to get their order shipped and it didn't happen. Again, that's the situation.

I have been following all of this but that isn't the issue at all. People should be able to go to the L7 site, place an order, read the notice that said 2-4 day processing time (now it says 3-5 days) and expect their order to be shipped out in the time they were told. They shouldn't need to rummage through pages and pages of forums just to find out the company is having fulfillment problems. If L7 would put an accurate delay notice on their site, on the front page and in the checkout notice, and would be more honest on the forums about realistic wait times, the people who are willing to wait (like me) could order and wait, but the people who aren't willing to wait shouldn't be made to wait and then told by some fool that they shouldn't complain about it.

Please reread your Lincoln quote and take it to heart.

This company will learn eventually. When you have to double your listed filling days, while having costumers complain its double whats advertised. Which doesn't get addressed anywhere on your site. It's a good time to stop taking orders. Your hand was pretty much forced to do just that on the last sale. Guess what you caught up and survived. So instead of going round two, carrying out your original mistake once again, stop taking orders. Use that time to fix the issues you keep mentioning. Train those people, fix your site, read "Small Business for Dummies".

i knew when i placed my first order that i would have to wait weeks to get it and i was fine with that. i am currently waiting for my 3rd order to come. the quality, quantity and price is worth the wait. i`m no expert on running an internet business but what i would do is figure how many bottles of juice i could fill in a day and halt sales when i reach that number. if demand is there i would hire new people and train them and then increase the amount of sale per day only as much as what the staff can fill per day. a place like mount baker vapor must be a very large operation to be able to fill orders same day/next day. if you sell quality juice cheaper than everybody else you will need staff large enough to handle massive amounts of orders. that's my spin on what i see. chris, set my order aside to fill others if need be. :)

I wonder if they are getting caught up working this weekend, anybody's order status change?

Yups. My order from 3/26 was sent out on 4/4. Nine days after ordering. It should be here tomorrow. Will be 11 days from ordering to delivery. That's acceptable to me. I'll be reordering some Caribbean Breeze, Peanut Butter Cup and Banana Nut Bread in big bottles before I'm done with the ones from my first L7 order. Those 3 flavors are killer!

i absolutely love the caribbean breeze and peanut butter cup! How is the banana nut bread? I have some from ecblends that I love but was wondering if I should go with Lucky 7's? It would be awesome if I could get all my favorites at one store!

We worked over the weekend and got caught up! We will be having a mass upload tomorrow with shipping notifications for those who were due out. We will be finishing up orders from the 31st tomorrow (which is the 5th business day) and will continue on from there. All orders after the 31st will be completed within the 3-5 business day time frame as stated on our site. We are closed weekends, so it is Monday-Friday for business days. Got ONE of the new guys trained really fast, so this has helped a lot. Things will improve from here on out. Just a short update.

Okay.. I received my order a few days ago, and have had a chance to vape the 9 flavors I purchased in order to sample Lucky 7's inventory...I'll give you a few of my thoughts so far...

Tigers blood, Max vg, +1 Flavor shot, 12mg: I have thoroughly enjoyed this vape. excellent vapor production, even with the 12mg of nic it is an extremely smooth vape..no problem blowing "clouds" with this one...Will purchase again in a much larger quantity. One of the best Tigers Blood's I've had.

Vanilla Bean Ice cream, 70/30 vg/pg, 6mg: since i first tried it this has been one of my favorite juices. not just out of the juices I purchased from lucky 7, but out of my current "library" of around 45 juices. Right after I dripped it I cleaned out my Taifun, and that's where it's been since. Very good vapor production. Smooth with a slight throat hit. Wonderful flavor, it really just blossoms on my taste buds as the vapor is exhaled. Taste is subjective, which is why I won't go into it, but I personally think it is very close to Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Will definitely order again

Strawberries and Cream, 50/50, 12mg: Good Vapor production, once again a smooth vape with a slight throat hit, at first the creaminess was non existent, but when dripping while writing this the cream aspect has started to develop. Another one of my favorites. The creaminess, and strawberry fruitiness mix well together. It's very pleasant for me. Will purchase again.

Strawberry Sour Straw, 70/30, 6mg, +1 flavor shot: very good vapor production. Smooth with a very slight throat hit. Personally I was hoping for a little bit more sourness. It does has a slight strawberry twang, but nothing more. It could develop over time, at which point I will revise my post. It's a good flavor. I will purchase again as a secondary flavor.

Blueberry, 50/50, 12mg: Good vapor production. Very strong throat hit in my opinion, blueberry taste is spot on. a good vape.
I prefer smoother vapes, so i probably won't be purchasing this again, but still a quality flavor.

Sweet Tart, Max VG, 0mg, +2: It Could have been my mistake for getting two extra flavor shots, but i suspect that only made an already disgusting flavor just a little bit worse. This is one of the worst juices I have ever tried. It tasted like bland smarties mixed with chemicals, and a smarties perfume. The flavor literally almost made me vomit. It lingered in my mouth for 15 min, at which point I had to chew some gum. I thought " maybe it's just me ", so I had my girlfriend, and a friend(who likes flavors I generally don't like) both try it and both of them found it disgusting. Please do something about this juice! Maybe a few weeks of steeping will help it, but I doubt it. If that does happen I will edit this post to note that.

The other two flavor's I purchased (Hazelnut, and Kahlua And Cream) Were for my girlfriend, So i haven't thoroughly tested them yet. They both seem to be good flavors. I'll get back to you on them

Overall Thoughts: As far as Juice quality is concerned I am very impressed. 1 miss, and 8 good, or better quality juices is something to be proud of, especially considering the price.
As far a customer service goes: Claiming to have a 2-4 day shipping period, and taking 14 days to get a product to a customer is not okay. If there is a problem with a flavor, or anything else for that matter, it would make the customer feel more appreciated if you'd at least send an email with a short explanation. If a customer has gotten frustrated after the 11th day, and sends an email, it would be a good thing to reply to them, instead of immediately changing the product to shipped, and saying nothing, Though I did appreciate the quickness of that. Not all customers check this forum often, they should be considered as well. I understand this is a newer business, but these problems are simple to fix. Just because you have a good product at an excellent price point doesn't give you the excuse to have sub-par customer service, it's all the more reason to have great customer service. Win people over with your product and pricing, then keep them with your quality customer service. Just my two cents. I enjoyed almost all of the flavors I ordered.

We are working on improving our customer service. We receive TONS of emails a day and it is very hard to reply to each one. We are going to work on fixing this though. There is a lot of things that still need changed/fixed for our company, but we are improving more and more as time goes on. We have been in business since January, and are learning all the things that need improved etc. Things have been tough with us, lots of issues from the big vapor joes sale etc but we are improving and will eventually try and climb to the top. Our prices will stay low, we will have more employees, and a better inventory to keep things running smoothly like they should be. Thanks to all who have stuck with us. Our goal is still to offer 1-2 day processing time in the very near future. We just have to get these guys trained well before letting them work on their own.
