We are working on improving our customer service. We receive TONS of emails a day and it is very hard to reply to each one. We are going to work on fixing this though. There is a lot of things that still need changed/fixed for our company, but we are improving more and more as time goes on. We have been in business since January, and are learning all the things that need improved etc. Things have been tough with us, lots of issues from the big vapor joes sale etc but we are improving and will eventually try and climb to the top. Our prices will stay low, we will have more employees, and a better inventory to keep things running smoothly like they should be. Thanks to all who have stuck with us. Our goal is still to offer 1-2 day processing time in the very near future. We just have to get these guys trained well before letting them work on their own.
Sounds good! Like I said I've enjoyed your juices very much, and a new business having hiccups is to be expected. what's important is that you're striving to improve, and that says a lot. Constructive criticism is good for everyone. You've gained a customer in me, which by no means is anything remotely near a big deal, but I will recommend you to everyone.

I got faith a little set back in time doesnt bother me.
Yes I like getting things fast but for the price and quality of juice I can sacrifice a few extra days before shipping and not bi*** like some people do.
Glad your keeping updates coming somewhat here and there in here.

I wasn't .....ing actually, I was giving constructive criticism. e.i. trying to help his business. While your life might not necessitate things happen within a certain time frame, other peoples lives do. Besides, like I said..It wasn't so much the extended period of time, as the lack of communication. If I pay 6 dollars for shipping then I'd say it's fair to expect a product within a certain time frame. If it was free shipping then eh..whatever. I got a great tasting Vanilla Bean Ice Cream instead of the supposedly lesser one, so i'm far from ...... about the shipping. Passive-aggressive troll elsewhere.

Okay.. I received my order a few days ago, and have had a chance to vape the 9 flavors I purchased in order to sample Lucky 7's inventory...I'll give you a few of my thoughts so far...

Tigers blood, Max vg, +1 Flavor shot, 12mg: I have thoroughly enjoyed this vape. excellent vapor production, even with the 12mg of nic it is an extremely smooth vape..no problem blowing "clouds" with this one...Will purchase again in a much larger quantity. One of the best Tigers Blood's I've had.

Vanilla Bean Ice cream, 70/30 vg/pg, 6mg: since i first tried it this has been one of my favorite juices. not just out of the juices I purchased from lucky 7, but out of my current "library" of around 45 juices. Right after I dripped it I cleaned out my Taifun, and that's where it's been since. Very good vapor production. Smooth with a slight throat hit. Wonderful flavor, it really just blossoms on my taste buds as the vapor is exhaled. Taste is subjective, which is why I won't go into it, but I personally think it is very close to Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Will definitely order again

Strawberries and Cream, 50/50, 12mg: Good Vapor production, once again a smooth vape with a slight throat hit, at first the creaminess was non existent, but when dripping while writing this the cream aspect has started to develop. Another one of my favorites. The creaminess, and strawberry fruitiness mix well together. It's very pleasant for me. Will purchase again.

Strawberry Sour Straw, 70/30, 6mg, +1 flavor shot: very good vapor production. Smooth with a very slight throat hit. Personally I was hoping for a little bit more sourness. It does has a slight strawberry twang, but nothing more. It could develop over time, at which point I will revise my post. It's a good flavor. I will purchase again as a secondary flavor.

Blueberry, 50/50, 12mg: Good vapor production. Very strong throat hit in my opinion, blueberry taste is spot on. a good vape.
I prefer smoother vapes, so i probably won't be purchasing this again, but still a quality flavor.

Sweet Tart, Max VG, 0mg, +2: It Could have been my mistake for getting two extra flavor shots, but i suspect that only made an already disgusting flavor just a little bit worse. This is one of the worst juices I have ever tried. It tasted like bland smarties mixed with chemicals, and a smarties perfume. The flavor literally almost made me vomit. It lingered in my mouth for 15 min, at which point I had to chew some gum. I thought " maybe it's just me ", so I had my girlfriend, and a friend(who likes flavors I generally don't like) both try it and both of them found it disgusting. Please do something about this juice! Maybe a few weeks of steeping will help it, but I doubt it. If that does happen I will edit this post to note that.

The other two flavor's I purchased (Hazelnut, and Kahlua And Cream) Were for my girlfriend, So i haven't thoroughly tested them yet. They both seem to be good flavors. I'll get back to you on them

Overall Thoughts: As far as juice quality is concerned I am very impressed. 1 miss, and 8 good, or better quality juices is something to be proud of, especially considering the price.
As far a customer service goes: Claiming to have a 2-4 day shipping period, and taking 14 days to get a product to a customer is not okay. If there is a problem with a flavor, or anything else for that matter, it would make the customer feel more appreciated if you'd at least send an email with a short explanation. If a customer has gotten frustrated after the 11th day, and sends an email, it would be a good thing to reply to them, instead of immediately changing the product to shipped, and saying nothing, Though I did appreciate the quickness of that. Not all customers check this forum often, they should be considered as well. I understand this is a newer business, but these problems are simple to fix. Just because you have a good product at an excellent price point doesn't give you the excuse to have sub-par customer service, it's all the more reason to have great customer service. Win people over with your product and pricing, then keep them with your quality customer service. Just my two cents. I enjoyed almost all of the flavors I ordered.

Looks like I finally found someone with similar taste buds to mine haha. Great review and I 100% agree with what your saying regarding the similar flavors that I've had. I found my sweet spot to be 30pg/70vg no flavor shots. It's the safest bet for me regarding any flavor I've tried. I added a single and double flavor shot to 30pg/70vg in the past and had to toss out the juice. I couldn't save it even when adding pure vg. I added 1 flavor shot to the max vg from lucky 7 and that was good!...I'll still stick to my 30pg/70vg though.

Glad to hear you guys are catching up Chris. Still excited to these new flavors coming out!

So I got my juice on Friday. While they all are BYO, I have to say I'm not over the top about them. Going to allow some steeping and see where that gets me. For example the Butterscotch Cheesecake, butterscotch is very tasty, the blue cheese flavor that follows, not in a vape for me. Again going to let them go for a bit and see where things go.

OK, so I had a chance to try the banana nut bread back to back against another vendors. As you can see by the pic, they look nothing alike lol. Surprisingly, they are veryyyy similar! I love both of them. The darker one has a slightly more richer flavor, but Its also been in my possession for a month vs Lucky 7's which I've only had for about a week now.

I like the lighter liquid because its easier on my drippers coil. The darker one...if I would run my system dry (not to hard to do at .3-.4ohm) I usually have no idea how bad I might have burnt my cotton because everything is black after a vape or 2 anyway.

The price for lucky 7 is the key for me though. With them being so similar...I think I'd order it from Lucky 7! I already have 10 + flavors I'd like in larger sizes from Lucky 7...this one is going to be added to that list. The other vendor I'm using is adding swedish fish flavor this week...I'm going to hold off till Chris list the new flavors coming out to see If I'll pick it up though... Please look into making and adding this Chris!!:D:2c:

Lucky 7 has some of my every day vape flavors (berry blast) and for the price and customer service Chris has shown me... I'll be a long term customer because I'm incredibly happy.

I still look forward to watching this company develop further. I hope they can keep the prices down because that is a huge draw for me! Their juice is very comparable to other vendors...but damn they beat people with these prices! :2cool::vapor:

Our goal is still to offer 1-2 day processing time in the very near future. We just have to get these guys trained well before letting them work on their own.

And this is what I am talking about. You have to know what the problems are before you can address them. You can't just advertise "We will ship your order when we get to it" or you will quickly have no customers, or no more business. You have to set a goal, then strive to meet it. That won't always happen, but it is a problem that can be addressed.

I spent 15+ years in the PCB industry, much of that in management / engineering positions for a company that did 50+MM per year in defense and aerospace business. I have been involved in conference calls with companies like Gen. Dynamics about product that was either late, or had other issues. They can get heated to use a polite term. The result of those calls was always a long meeting that resulted in a plan of action of some sort, sometimes with representatives of the customer in attendance. There is only so much you can do. People can only work so many hours. It takes time to properly train people for critical processes. There are variables that are simply out of your control to a large extent, such as vendors shipping late, or defective product. There are things that can be done to mitigate those issues, but they can never be eliminated, and those things you can do require money and time. You can hire and train incoming material inspectors. You can send people to meet and audit vendors. You can make capital expenditures to purchase more or better equipment. You can hire and train more people. You can require key people in critical process areas to work over time. You can limit booking and backlog. You can prioritize one order over another. The list is endless. The list of variables in your business that are sometimes just out of your control are endless too.

One thing is certain; your on-time ship numbers are proportional to your defective return rates. To put that in more simple terms, the faster you go to meet more on-time orders, the more mistakes you make. In most businesses, defective product is much worse than sending good product late. Most of the time it works. Sometimes it doesn't.

There is nothing "wrong" with me for pointing out the obvious here, and I am sorry if I tend to sound caustic sometimes, but it is what it is. Speaking for myself, I order from L7V because the price of the juice is of prime importance to me, followed by the quality (which is great BTW), then expediency. There are thousands of juice vendors out there who will fill my order faster. I can go down to my B&M and get my juice immediately if I wish to. There are at least 2 more threads in this forum that I am aware of about L7V where one can find all the information about this company, good and bad, upon which to base their purchase decision. L7V is new, and they are doing great so far. Count me as a happy customer.

Two new tatstes and two revisits. So this weekend I broke into the Butterscotch and Cinn Roll.

Butterscotch ~ Muted is the first word that comes to mind. Much like the first time I tasted Peanut Butter Cup, I thought this could use a flavor shot. The taste is there, but in the background. This is one flavor that I think should be more pronounced due to its soft qualities. Buttery, yet smooth with light hints of vanilla. I think I would like a little more brown sugar flavor. I would use this as a combo but it would have to be something like cinnamon or cream. I think it might get lost in a vanilla blend or something predominant.

Cinnamon Roll ~ Mmmmm graham vrackers, light cinnamon. Again, could be a tad sweeter, but not much. Tatses like a Cinnabon. Goes quite well with a cup of tea and equally with a vanilla porter. An all day vape.

Peanut Butter Cup revisit ~ Still muted. The chocolate flavor is a little stronger than when I first got it, but the peanut butter is just not strong enough. flavor shot is needed. Does not pair well with strong food or drink because there just isn't enough strength. Chocolate is akin to a scratch and snif sticker smell of choco (remember those?)

Cheesecake revist ~ The ugh flavor of strong cheese has subsided alot. This one is starting to mellow. More pronounced "Cheesecake" flavor. If you got this one recently, leave it sit. Did not think I would like this one but it is proving me wrong. Still not an all day vape and I don't know that this is a flavor that I could even when spot on, but I can see it being an evening one after a nice meal. As a pairing, this may go well with butterscotch and cinn roll.

Glad to hear positive comments about the cinnamon roll! I have a 30ml in my cart and a 12ml sample of the snickerdoodle to see which one I like more. Just waiting for Chris to pull the trigger and list the sample packs and the new flavors :)

I've never had any luck with peanutbutter flavors. I've tried a peanutbutter cookie flavor from Boca Vapes...actually made me throw up!!! And I've tried Peanutbutter chocolate from the vape mall (again I got sick...but this one was probably due to adding to many flavor shots and having it overwhelm me). Now I'm pretty scared to try anything peanutbutter related lol. I might give lucky 7's a final shot because they seem to do flavors right! (at least according to my tastebuds :) )

Anyone try the fudge browning or white chocolate? I have these 2 in my cart but haven't seen any reviews on them yet?

the status of my order was finally changed to "shipped" very late friday night (april 4th). the usps tracking site indicates it will be delivered today (monday april 7th) via priority mail

im not crazy about lucky 7's $6 shipping. that being said, i do appreciate the priority mail. i dont know if it makes any difference in ship times but its a nice gesture nonetheless. i wonder if this will be their standard shipping method in the future

Do you like Cinnamon? It is spicy. There is nothing wrong with L7V's flavor but I simply hate it. Didnt know it while ordering though.

Priority tends to ship faster(by a day or 2) than first class, though it's not technically guaranteed.

Does cinnamon sugar count :)?

I love a good stickybun. I've had the VapeMalls cinnamon bun flavor but it is surprisingly one of the only flavors I've ever tried where I thought it wasn't strong enough.
