If the color is of concern to you then by all means don't use it. However, I do use their bubblegum flavor because of the taste. I have used it for over 5 years and have not noticed any health concerns. I have just noticed that they will take out the color in flavors(at least for some of the vendors here in US) so on my next purchase plan is to buy the colorless to see if there is any difference. Can you order directly from the flavor creators web site? Since their flavors are used in baking maybe they can get by your customs?

I think the baking products are okay through our customs. I plan to order that today if I can find a good seller online.
