There are several different 510 atty's out there and I have no idea what the differences are.
There is the good old Joye 510 att. This is the one that I have always used and I like them because of the tons of vapor that they produce.
I have not ordered anything for a while, but I just ordered a Hello Good-buy from Nhaler. On his site I see that there are now LV 510 atty's, HV 510 atty's (which im pretty sure are just for high voltage vaping), and I see Mega 510 atty's.
If someone can clarify the differences in them like vapor production, reliability and such, that would be great because I am totally confused now.

The LR(not LV) is low resistence, produces a more instanteaneous/high volume vape. I like it occasionally on my eGo, but it does kill the taste a bit. HV is high voltage, as in HV mods(not what you have). The Mega atty could be the eGo mega or the 510 mega. The eGo mega is huge, and allows the use of the 2.5ml holding mega eGo carts. The 510 mega is just longer and goes in conjunction to the mega 510 carts(required). Stick with the standard or LR 510 carts unless you want to get the Mega eGo settup. There are also Mega eGo cartos, I have two but haven't filled them yet. Can't wait.

If you have an eGo, or even a 510, you've got to gamble and buy just one LR atty.

The improvement is phenominal ! I could never go back.

Yes, they don't last as long, but if you're careful about not letting them get dry AT ALL, you can get over a month on one, possibly much more.

Even if they only lasted a week, like my first one did, I'd still use them.
