Question about 510 cartos

I have a pack of 5 510 cartos with the removable end plug and ordered whole bunch of the hard end (that don't come off) on sale at Litecig.
I have noticed with the removable plugs I am geting a kinda "plastic" taste that I don't get with the hard cap cartos. I thought my atomic cinnacide was turning flavors on me ,which made me stop vaping it. I loaded one up today with Halo menthol ice, same bad plasticy taste. I just vaped the Halo (via dripping to try it) so I know its not the juice. Anyone experience this or is it just me? Thanks!

I've used both and don't seem to see much difference. Where did you get the ones that seem to have the plastic taste to them?

BTW - The hard tips on the Litecig do come off but it takes some type of metal hook and a firm tug. If you put the end of the carto in hot, not boiling, water it helps.

I got them at Vaporkings. I take the soft plastic plug off and vape tailpipe style, and bad taste goes away. It is a taste that is hard to describe. It is perfumey/plastic. If you take the soft plastic outer protective cap off and smell it, that is what it taste like! Very weird!
Thanks for the tip about removing the hard cap. I busted one off trying to remove it as I thought it just popped off!
Does anyone have a link showing the way to pop off the hard cap? I don't want to ruin anymore!
