I think I remember this correctly from researching back when I started. Don't use the 510 disposable charger on a reg 510 battery. Reason being is the reg 510 charger has protection from overcharge built into the charger. The disposable charger has no overcharge protection built in, that protection is in the disposable battery so you could mess up a reg battery that way.

I use a 4-port USB to AC adapter by Rosewill (I got it at NewEgg) and then just buy the correct USB-cable-to-battery things for my various standard e-cigarette batteries. I can charge up to 4 assorted batteries at once. Note - if you have those no-cable short solid battery to USB adapters then I don't think you can fit 2 next to each other on the Rosewill USB to AC because its USBs are too close. I put my solid battery adapter at the end and use the cable types in the other 3 ports. It has 2 amps available so you could also run a PT (needs 1 amp) and charge 2 batteries (needs 1/2 amp each) at the the same time. This is the US version and they also sell an international one.

I would not recommend using a disposable's parts with normal parts other than maybe carts (nothing electric in them). I've heard the disposables are weaker - could be lower voltage or substandard parts.
