Also, thanks shanagan, you made me much more comfortable thinking about trying out the direct drip method! I will try playing around a bit more with it on my 510 and a completely empty cart (the shipping atty covers, basically, and i have a few) since I was smart enough to at least add juice to my kit. And don't worry about getting off-topic, I am glad all you guys have been cool about that!

I ONLY buy manual batts as i like to control how long i draw on it...auto batts can be set off by vibration, nothing worse than reaching into a pocket or purse and realize your battery is dead YIKES!, no vaping til you get to a charger

Yes, I TOTALLY hear you on that! It's just by starting with a Boge Q510 disposable, which has excellent sensitivity and surprisingly good battery life, I was hoping there were other auto's out there like it. in fact it was a shock when I started using my genuine Joye how sensitive they were, the Boge had me fooled!

Wow, tons of awesome info, I really had NO idea I would get so many responses. Especially want to thank LowThudd, Vapulicious and BiancaMontgomery for answering my follow-up Q's... I'm finally off "work" (lol) so have to go deal with family stuff for the weekend... in the mean time, I think I like my 3 piece setup, so if anyone knows of a bigger, less sensitive auto batt for my 510 setup, please feel free to let me know!

You can use your regular 510 atty's and carts with an auto eGo battery. Still a three piece (well, 4 if you count the cone), slightly less sensitive auto battery and bigger. :) Hope that helps.

Bianca, do I need the eGo charger or will my 510 charger work for it? A quick Google search turned up places to get them but do you recommend a place for the auto batts (and charger if I need one?)

OK, for sure heading out now, thanks again to everyone!

And yes, shanagan, I am already loving to talk about it a lot too and am glad to have you guys to converse with! :)

Edit: Oh ya, see you guys in the regular forums now, I blew right past my entry # of posts already! :)

That is why I suggested the eGo USB batt. With anyother eGo batt you need an eGo charger or a charger extention, but the batt won't charge as fast because the eGo charger is a quick charger.

Dan, yes, you would need an adapter to use your standard charger with the eGo battery. Or a "fast" charger made for the eGo. Those can be found here: Joyetech E Cigarette | Joye E Cig Products in our Joye E Cigarette Selection If you're open to a manual or USB eGo, also look there. They have good prices and free shipping after $15. I get lots of things there, including the LR Boge cartos that I love on my eGo. Never had an issue with anything I've gotten from there. Super fast shipping as well.

I got the automatic battery from Cignot.com. They also have the cones there, but they're a little bit cheaper at Litecig.
