Question about a problem

Let me start this by saying that I have been ordering juices and supplies like many of you for over 2 years at this point and until Saturday had never had any "hiccups" in them being delivered.I ordered a 30ml bottle of Tribecca(on the 21st and it shipped on 22nd) and was truly excited to try it and low and behold it did not arrive as expected much to my dismay.I then proceeded to check usps's website with my tracking number only to find that is was "missent".I used the Halo site's "support" application (with zero response and I do understand that it is the weekend) just wanting to know who's issue it was between the usps or a "bad" label from Halo and what to expect next.I am not here to "bash" a company that I am not familiar with or anything of the sort but,I would like to know what is going to happen next.Was the mistake caught by the post office after they tried to deliver it somewhere else?Was it sent back to Halo?Is it just taking a "sightseeing" trip in the postal van for another few days to then be delivered correctly?Thanks in advance and any help would be appreciated.

Thanks to those that answered my question.Just never had it happen before so had no clue as to what the issue was.I have been ordering from various vendors for a long time and just been lucky I guess to not ever have had any issues.Like I said this was in no way meant as a reflection of Halo or it's shipping practices because there was no way for me to know exactly whose fault it was.:blush:
