I was just doing some browsing and started to read about the M201 atomizers. Basically from my understand (which means pretty much nothing) that the 801 atomizers and the M201 attys are very similar. Pretty much everything I read about the M201 was people raving about it and how much more powerful it is compared to the 801. I just placed a pre-order for the Silver Bullet v1.1 with a atomizer adapter for the 801- could I give the M201 a shot on the 801 adapter? From what I read, the 201 has almost the same threads as the 801 and the will attach (work- is different b/c I read that the m201 wouldn't work with an 801 bat b/c of the lack of holes on the 201 atty, and no pull)- could the M201 work with the Silver Bullet and the 801 adapter- or will the m201 have the same issues as with the 801 bat?

Thanks! Also- Rob, Im about to send you a PM about my order.

I have not personaly tried it. Looking at the adapter 510/801 there are no holes in the 510 portion like a 510 atty. So I would venture to guess no that it would not work. Although, if you had steady hands and a tiny drill bit you could make it work. I have heard that the 201 really does not like a true 6 volt setup.

I honestly don't know about the 201, I do have some sample atomizers coming to test on the 801 to see if that model is compatible. I will pick up some 201's on my next order to test and see if it works or not :p Unless someone can point me to someone that sells the 201, then I will just pick one up from them.

Mine does on the VP2 from VaprLife , idk about SB, but my M-201 works on my 801 beautifully, as if it were made for it! and the carts on both are the same, and interchangeable, so it just might work, but I don't have a SB, so can't say for certain,

But I can say it will definitely work on the VP2. HUGE! vapor clouds too BTW-I'm lovin' it!!!

As long as they work on the 801, they should work on the SB ;P But I will order some just to make sure :) How's the battery life on the VP2?

Got it in the mail at noon, Friday, only had to charge the batt. once! EDIT:(Just so you know, I've been chain-vaping lol, since I got my new toy, so I've been using it quite a bit, so the batts would probably last even longer once the new wears off and I go back to taking hits and putting it down lol)

I can't get over how much more vapor comes from my atty's using it, ESPECIALLY, my M-201! Amazing!, my 801 has huge vapor clouds too, I'm mixing my own liquids using VG, and I get atleast double the vapor with the VP2, Awesome, it totally rocks!!!

Hehe VG does that ;) That's surprising, especially since the batteries are 700-800mAh. The SB uses 1600mAh for the first Version, but this latest one it's jumped to 2400mAh. Never really understand why people created Battery Mods and use 700-800mAh batteries.

I like the fact that I only have to charge my battery once in awhile, especially compared to the 510 lol :p

Ok, now you spiked my curiosity, ;-), how long does the 2400mAh last? As far as the SB goes, I saved up my $$$ and every time I checked the site, it was sold out,:(

soooo I just went with the VP2 and so far, it's everything I could ask for and more. :) I got the VP2-901, so I can use 3 different atty's on it, the 801, 901, and M201 for the under $116, for another $12.95 I can also get the 510 adapter and have a mod that uses 4 different atty's. for less $130 I can have 4 e-cig's in one mod, the price helped sell me on this one too. Plus it has an adjustable draw feature, pretty cool!

$115.95 shipped, they offered VP2 barebones kit, with 901 adapter, and which also comes with the battery charger and batts, (No atty, No liquid, No carts, all of which I already own)

So this is why I went with the 800mAh, and also because it's smaller, I can more comfortable taking a smaller mod, out n' about, otherwise I would've have went for the SB, just all the way round, seemed like a better deal, IMHO.

(I changed my batty at 8pm Sat, and it's still going strong, I'm pretty impressed with this mod, actually)

If I ever could afford to buy another mod, and got the SB, it'd have to be something I used at home only, (feel kinda weird using something that BIG in public, lol,)

Why does everyone think the SilverBullet is huge, I can literally fit it in my hand. It is a bit above 4" long lol. Battery Life, Battery Life and Battery Life =P Price is one thing, but durability and quality are two different things ;)

As far as the pricing goes, I've never really posted this anywhere but I don't make much money off of these. I pay 4 people to construct and build the SilverBullet, that's before I even touch it. If I was to make it myself, ya that would cut back on cost...but than again it would look horrible =P For every (1) SilverBullet (just the unit itself) that is sent back, I would have to sell 2 to make up for the money I lost on the one. So believe me when I say this unit will last.

Everything from the Switch that is used, to the way the tube is construct, had one thing in mind. Durability, and quality. The Switch is probably one of the better switches out their today, we didn't want to use a tactile switch that a lot of mods seem to be having problems with, so we used the switch that we presently use. Rated at 1,000,000 Mechanical Clicks, some of the other switches are rated at 20,000+.

Trust me, I only sell items I use day in and day out. If it sucks I won't sell it. The 2600mAh should last for quite some time depending on how much you vape. The 800mAh battery would only last me a few hours, but than again I use the device constantly. I don't think it would be able to keep up with me ;)

Since the SB has a higher mAh, the voltage stays higher longer so you won't notice a drop. Charging yours Saturday @ 8pm, I would assume that you only really received a good 6-7 hours vapage out of it Sunday. I would probably charge it soon, are the batteries protected?

Actually, they came on Friday at noon, fully charged, I used it 11 hours on Fri, and then from 8am until 8pm that night on Sat, and the thing practically never left my hand, So that's around 23 hours or so before recharging, And it's still going strong so far. My hubby told me he was getting worried about me, he said, "is this the way you're gonna be now, seems like that's all you do any more is "vape"! Oops!
PLUS! I just got some new flavoring that is sooo good, so it's been glued to my hand. lol. I did cut down to 4mg nic though, and I hope to get down to zero nic by mixing my own liquids.

Yeah, they're protected, thank goodness, or else I would worry too much, don't really trust the unprotected ones much. :)

The VP2 is the same size as dime in diameter, it was I meant, it's 3 3/4" long, probably about the same as the SB length wise, it's just I would kinda feel like I was toking on a BIG cr*ck pipe or something if I used a mod much bigger, Idk, don't get me wrong, maybe it's just me.

I'm in a wheelchair from MS so ppl have a tendency to stare more, for some reason,

The SB sounds totally awesome and I want one sooo bad, because I've been studying the SB for awhile and I KNOW it's got AWESOME quality, I can tell, and I know you put alot of work into it. It would probably outlast my VP2, as far as the switch goes, idk, I just got to get past my "phobia" of using something bigger, I guess, lol. Like I said, it's probably just me,

what is the VP2? Is that the Laser Pointer Mod that is selling for $100+. If it is, I can't see myself paying over a hundred bucks for a $5 laser pointer that is modded. For me the Silver Bullet is the most economical option. All of my attys are 801s and 510s. for a little over $100 I can have a 3.7v and or a 6v that fits all my atomizers- I do need to find batteries- Hey Rob, can CR batteries with 1000mHa work with the SB? I can find them on ebay for alot less than RCRs?

??? Here is the link.VP2-901.

I can't use my M201 w/SB, :( which is another reason it works for me, maybe one day, I can afford to buy the SB and be able to use my 201 with it too. :)

Thanks for every-ones input- I guess the VP1 or the older style VP1 was a Laser Pointer Mod with LEDs.

Rob, I wonder if you could do something with the 510 to 801 adapter- it seems like these adjustable air flow gimmick is the new trend these days. Maybe drill a hole or two in the adapter and add some sort of thing that could control the airflow to the adapter-

The MAIN reason why I went with the Silver Bullet is because of the ease to get a hold of Rob and his great communication and his willingness to help. I really liked how he has vested interest in each one of his units sold- and I know if I ever have a problem, Rob will be right there to help me out. I like that, it feels like the Silver Bullet has a face standing behind the product. I think all of the high voltage PVs are all great in their own ways and probably can't go wrong with any of them- but Rob is what me made me go with the SB.

Also if a m201 is on future SB- i almost feel like I kinda maybe a little initiated it maybe sorta-lol. I think that would be an ultimate adapter. Rob, you could guinea pig my adapter if you like- I want to use the 801 and m201- I gotta try the 201.

As far as 801s go- how are they with the SB- I like my 801s alot better than all my 510s on any PV let alone a mod

-I have a Janty Stick also- and I also read the m201 will work with it, only because if you look at the piece that the 801 atty screws in to as the X or cross looking grooves in the connector and I guess it allows enough airflow. Now I gotta find a good vendor for the m201

I use only the M201 in the stick, I had to cut a cross cut in the Altsmoke 801 adapter to get air flow using the 201 on the SB It does work well like that. since the 201 gets all of its air flow from the center hole a couple of holes drilled through the bottom of the adapter would probably work just fine due to the nature of the 510's ridge at the base.
