Hi
I bought a prodigy from you a few weeks back, its working great and I love it.
I thought I would buy some CR123A really cheap batteries from Hong Kong, I know it risky but as their are no electronics in the Prodigy I presume the worse I can do is pop the atomiser.
They arrived the other day but slight problem when I put them in the Prodigy they fire up without pressing the button. I examined the batteries and they seem to be about a mm longer than the Ternergy batts and this must be causing it th fire up. I found they worked ok if I did not screw in the battery cover all the way.
So my question is do you have or sell a plastic or rubber washer or something I could use to stop the cover screwing all the way in. Or failing that is there a size number for the washer I should be looking for. I went down to Homebase but could not see anything that looked like it might work.
Anyway thanks for the great service I will be ordering some more supplies when the site opens again
Regards Tim
