WOW!!! There is way too much info to sort out here! I've only been here for like 15 minutes and already have a long list of questions! I have the Joye Ego-T 650 and here are my questions:

1). Should I upgrade to the 1000 battery pack for my Ego-T?

2). What exactly is this DIY I keep hearing/reading about? Is that possible to do on the Ego-T?

3). This is the really dumb question, but I really can't remember everything Josh told me at the FSUSA store. If anyone has the EGO-T, please answer! Under the drip tip is the area I put my drops of juice in. What is that area called? Cartomizer, Atomizer, what??? I'd really like to find something that I can put more than 3-4 drops each time.

Feel free to PM me if you want (I think it works anyway, lol)

Welcome. You'll get it all sorted out before too long.
Meanwhile, for your immediate questions.

1) Only if you're finding that your 650 doesn't last long enough between charges.

2)DIY is do-it-yourself and refers to making your own e-juice. There's a whole forum here that goes into it. It's a whole 'nother hobby that you might like to try your hand at once you get familiar.

3) I don't have an eGo-T, but what you're describing is the atomizer. If you have the eGo T, you should have a tank that wicks juice down into the coil in the bottom of that atomizer. It sounds like what you're doing now is dripping straight into the atomizer. That kind of defeats the whole "T" thing. The tank should be holding quite a bit of juice. It is part of the mouthpiece. When you stick it into the cone shaped atomizer, a little spike punches a hole in the cap on the tank and the juice drips from the tank down onto the coil. I suspect you might be using that tank as just a mouthpiece??

Somewhere
The eGo-T has a little 'tank' built into the mouthpiece. You remove the little cap and drip juice in there. Put cap back on and fit back onto the atomizer. Take a few hard draws without pressing the vape button in order for the juice to wick to the atomizer.
As Sailor said, it's not necessary to get the longer batteries unless you find the batteries not lasting long enough for your convenience between charges. The eGo-Twist VV battery is hot news now :).
You can fit many other kind of cartomizers onto your eGo batteries, if you find that you don't like the tank system. Very polular now is the .Vision/Stardust

Stardust on the right.

Greetings from Canada! Welcome to ECF!

You can PM after you have 5 posts and the server updates you. It may take up to 1 hour after you have your 5 posts.

There certainly is a lot to learn. Don't sweat it. It's like eating an elephant. It can be done, but only one bite at a time. Lol

Relax! Enjoy!

Hello, and welcome!

How many batteries do you have? I hope you have two, at least. It's important try to make sure that you don't find yourself without a working battery.

That said, if you have two and are now satisfied with your vape time, you should probably stay with what you have. The reason I'm saying that is not because there is nothing better than the little eGo-C, but in fact because there are so many better, and at least different options. The eGo-C, on the other hand, is a decent setup that may even remain your only need - in which case I'd get a few more batteries when I know that is that. Otherwise, as you vape and discover what you like and what you do not like, and as you hang around here and learn about this stuff, you may realize you want to buy something else altogether pretty soon. So you don't want to tie u too much money in what might eventually become your back0-up setup.

Just my :2c:

Good luck and happy vapes!
