Check out @Mooch 's blog, he's got several tests on various batteries. However I will say the Imren 40amp is to be handled just like the Efest Purple 38amp, they are both 20amp CDR, maybe 40amp Pulse but what that pulse time is, is not a standard could be 300ms to 4 seconds, not something you should risk. The LG and Samsungs are still better batteries all around compared to the Imren Purples, I own two of the Imrens I got for testing, use them exclusively in my Sigelei Mini 30watt as far I trust them TBH. Looking for higher CDR amp rated batteries then you have the Sony VTC4 and LG HB6 can handle 30amp CDR. But as it stands right now there is "NO 40AMP OR HIGHER CDR" battery on the market at the moment.

I'll quote @Mooch because he says it so well.
From this thread: Whats the Best Batteries | E-Cigarette Forum

"Up to 15A or 50W = Samsung 30Q or LG HG2
Up to 20A or 75W = Samsung 25R
Over 20A or 75W = Sony VTC4

NOT Efest
NOT MXJO
NOT AWT
NOT Imren
NOT Vappower
NOT Basen
NOT Cloud Chaser

NOT any battery from a company that just buys a Sony, Samsung, or LG battery and puts their own wrap on it. Why buy one of those, for more money, when you can get the actual battery for less money? Just my personal opinion... :)"

Here are links to some of Mooch's blogs:
And a couple from @Baditude (another battery/safety expert).
Another essential read to understand which batteries are safe to use in mechanical and regulated mods. Includes a frequently updated list of recommended safe-chemistry, high-drain batteries with their specifications.
A cautionary blog that reveals that the purple Efest batteries may not have the specifications advertised. Also includes a commentary on "continuous discharge ratings" vs "pulse discharge ratings" of battery specs.

Thanks alot for the answers I have the Vaporshar dna 40 and IPV mini 2 where i use my LG HE4 and samsung 25R but just ordered the Sigelei 150w TC
So I think i'm gonna order some Sony VTC4 or 5 for that mod.
FYI, the VTC5 is likely only a 20 amp battery, not 30 as widely believed. If seeking a 30 amp battery, the VTC4 is the best choice.
