Question about car adaptor

I just got my order about 2 hours ago, batteries are charging, I've looked everything over and the one thing I can't figure out is how the car adapter is used to charge the batteries.

How/where does the end of the car adapter plug in? Does it plug into the pack or the other chargers, and if so where?

I figured it would plug into the pack charger somehow, but I can't figure out how.
