I have been using the spinning method to refill my cartos but do any of you guys use a syringe? I recently picked one up and am curious if you guys stick the syringe all the way to the bottom and fill till you can barely see the liquid on top or do you not push it all the way to the bottom? Appreciate any help guys.

I refill with a syringe. I push it in all the way to the bottom between the filling and the outside of the cart. I then refill till I see the liquid coming through. I also suck out whatever ends up in the tube.
Yes, put the syringe all the way to the bottom, but even better than judging by whether it reaches the top is to use a premeasured 1ml.
Unless I have washed my carts, I never quite get 1ml in. If it pools at the top, do I just leave it to soak in?

ah, if you haven't washed, then you might not get 1ml in. but yup, i use the same method, and with a clean dry cart, i use 'zactly 1 ml of the good stuff.
I got my sryinges at the local drug store. I think it was Rite Aid. I fill the sryinge up with 1 ml of juice. I stick the sryinge in all the way and push a little in, then stick it in another part of the filling push a little juice in, then pull it out and stick it back in in another part of the filling etc etc. I continue that till the juice begins to show at the top of the filling. At that point I put a cart condom on both ends and do the spin technique. The I remove the cart condoms and continue filling until the syringe is empty. Then do the spin technique 1 more time and all done ready to vape. I find this method works great. I have even done this with the premium carts and it works like a charm!
i use slightly less than 1 ml, (0.8ml to be exact 
) because i was always blowing the last 0.2 mil out the end to clear the little tube in the center. easier for me to use a little less and not have to worry about overfilling.

keyz, it depends on your state. i actually just order mine from jefferspet.com. if you get one from the pharmacy make sure it's 20g or larger (20/19/18, etc) because anything narrower is a twitch to get the juice into.
