question about cartos

I know cartos are meant to be disposable, but how long can you typically make them last?

I only use Joye 510 cartomizers. I have some that are over two months old, while sometimes new ones stop working after only one use. I average at least ten refills. Things that can ruin them include burning them dry, over-heating them, and impact. The atomizer is a bit delicate, like a light bulb filament, in some ways. But most often, mine last for weeks.

I'll run an 808 carto a couple days, refilling, pretty heavy use, before I decide it's time to clean.
Cleaning % success for me is around 80 - 90% -- 1 or 2 out of each batch I clean may not be up to par afterwards, I chuck them.

ce2 v4 - been going strong now for over 1 1/2 month. at least 20~30 refills, still taste alright and working real good.
