IMO..

if its tobacco your adding then i would start the steeping process again.. if your trying to mellow it out.. leave the cap off the bottle and let it steep for 24 hours without the cap on. and then try the juice again..

if its still too strong then you can try to dilute it a little bit, or you can even try to add a little Smooth (TFA) to try and mellow it out that way.

Yes and no.

Most things, vanilla/sweetener/EM/base, added will not make much of a difference if steeped more. Some things, cinnamon and tobaccos come to mind, will need some steeping to get the full effect.

Steeping is cap-on away from sunlight.
Breathe or airing out is cap off.

The real question is, did you like anything about the flavor before you started steeping?

that def. IS the question...

but my question is.. was the flavor that you wanted there, but just too strong?.. did it taste perfumy or too floral?? what did you mix??

because the answer to my question will help determin what exactly it is that you should do.. rather if its letting it breath or just steeping a little longer.

depending on the flavor(s) you used you might have to let it steep longer.
