I have discovered with the spinners, that the light will stay red and flash green every few seconds. The main firing light will stay lit until battery is almost fully charged. It will then go out. Then another thing, the vision might suddenly do multiple flash, but regardless, just wait until the red light that once in a while flashes green turns a solid green.

It must have come with a partial charge or more! because after only 15-20 minutes of charging it turned green. Im using a 500mA 510 eGo fast usb charger.

Yeah, batteries are usually shipped with what's called the shipping or storage charge. It's typically the same as the nominal voltage of the battery (either 3.6 or 3.7v). That's also the charge that the battery should be put away with if you ever decide to upgrade away from it and put it in the backup box.

You can safely ignore the recommendation that the battery be initially charged for 8 hours. The circuitry in the battery compartment itself and the charger it's attached to will both prevent overcharging, which could result in a potentially unsafe condition.

As a matter of safe battery practice, you should allow the unit to rest for about 30 minutes before using it after charging. It's Ok to "forget" every now and then. Just make a practice of charging it, disconnecting it, and finding something else to do or vape on for a half hour or so.
