Question about Don 510 connector

Can anyone tell me whether the center pin in the 510 fitting is adjustable? It seems to have a screw-type head, but if you turn it, it stays in the same place. Can it be pushed lower? I have an atty that I would like to lower a bit, but I don't want to break anything.

it should not be moved, if you have an atty completely flush it will lose desired air flow

That center screw is not adjustable.

That's very strange as my connector screw has been adjustable since day1. I turn it clockwise and the primer pin rises, counter clockwise and the pin lowers
And it was never forced.

I made mine adjustable today.
As great at The Don V2 is, this has made a tremendous improvement.
