Question about drip tips

Hey I purchased a barrel drip tip from a local shop. I asked for a 510. The problem I am running into is that the drip tip seems too large for any of my cartomizers. It fits in but the o-ring doesnt snap in. I have a drip tip from my Smoktech DCT that fits in my other cartomizers. Do you think I got a drip tip for different atomizer or is there a trick I don't know about?

I have heard of similar problems you may try putting some e-liquid on the o-ring and see what happens .

Thanks. Yeah I tried a bit of that but no go. I put some muscle behind it too. I guess I'll have to look around for one online.
