I send my husband with a vape kit every time he travels, since most hotels are non-smoking now. He hasn't had any trouble at all. One 1100 mah battery plus charger. 10 iclear 16's filled with various flavors, and a 30 ml of juice. He's flying Southwest to New Orleans today and no issues at all with carry on. I wouldn't put it in checked baggage due to the fact that the luggage is in an unpressurized part of the plane and I think there might be major leakage.

I've never had a problem either. When I travel I take a few 30ml bottles in a quart sized plastic bag, my old KR808s from V4L, and a bunch of empty cartos.

I had a clearo leak a bit into the quart-sized bag I had in my carry-on. If there's a chance that he might take something already filled, he might want to bring an extra plastic bag to put it in.

Just thought I would chime in about a common misconception regarding airliner cargo holds and pressurization. On all modern, large passendger jetliners, the cargo area under the floor is pressurized. It is pressurized at the same level as the passenger compartment, which is LESS than the pressure at sea level, which can cause clearos to leak.

Think about this.... Part of the rigidity that makes pressurization possible is the cylindrical shape of the fuselage. If the passenger compartment is pressurized, and the cargo compartment beneath it was not, the stresses on the flat floor would be huge.

Thanks for reading ;)

BTW, if they catch you vaping anywhere on the plane, you may have troubles....... It is forbidden.

just got back from 3 weeks in india, with 4 protanks, 7 clearos, evic, 4 ego batteries, and about 7-8 30ml e-juice bottles. no problems really always had all my vaping kit with my carry on, was questions several times at several airports, never any issue, one military guard in calcutta asked my to fire it up in the terminal to satisfy his curiosity. vaping in smoking lounge is gross. stealth vaping in bathrooms is workable for the time being. almost forgot to mention, lots of leaky things clearos, bottles, a little messy, had everything compartmentalized into zip locks to reduce contamination. i squeezed out excess air from juice bottles but not much help.
