I recently bought some Extreme Vision cartos which I use with my DK Tab. I've noticed, however, that as I start to run low, the juice gets darker and darker. I'm not sure what's causing it so I just syringe it out and wash it down the sink.

Anyone care to explain what it is and whether or not I should be concerned?!

Thanks!

you shouldn't be concerned cuz its the juice being warmed up overall by staying in the carto. like the left over juice...it happens in my carto tanks all the time if i let my juice run quite low, and the juice will start to get darker... kinda like steeping usually when you steep a juice it gets darker by age, and one way of doing that is by heating it up... so in the end your juice is being steeped inside your cart or tank due to heat. :)
so don't sweat it

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

The wick gets rather sooty where it passes through the coil after a time. I am thinking it is this build up of carbon that mutes the flavour as well as darkens the juice a bit. I have noticed the juice that comes out is also more concentrated and is still very usable. I have been collecting it in a bottle as a "mystery vape" that I will try sometime.

Along with what 4Sho already mentioned... :D

TrueNorthist is also right that is another reason why, and to add to my previous post, when vendors add water or alcohol in the mix those 2 chemicals (everything in this world is alchemical of some sort so don't be put down by that) and when they heat they evaporate leaving the juice behind thick, and more concentrated leaving more colour and flavour because of what i mentioned earlier as well as TrueNorthist said :)
and since its steeping hopefully it'll taste better than before :)
