One o-ring will come with it. You may or may not even need it. It is so that you can adjust the air hole position in relation to how you hold the REO to fire it. You will need wire and wicking material to make coils. That's it. BUT, you might want to get a couple extra post screws for the RM2, and maybe an extra spring or two for the REO just in case you have a short.

edit. You will need batteries and a charger.....

It will come with a o-ring. Place the o-ring under the RM2 in the drip well. You can order a thicker o-ring if you want later.

You will need wire and your choice of wick.

It is nice to have a couple extra screws in case you lose one. Those can be ordered at any time.

You need a method to check the ohms of your coil. A atomizer & cartomizer ohm meter is really a good choice. You can use it to hold the RM2 as you build your coil. A multimeter will also work.

That's about it! It comes with a drip tip.

Quick question on the "couple of springs" If you get a short, the spring collapses right? Does this deem the spring useless and have to be replaced?

Yes, a short will cause the spring to collapse. It is not guaranteed to collapse if another short happens. It is recommended that the spring be replaced after a collapse. Kind of a one short and it's garbage thing!!!

no longer counting. :D this thing is bad ayuss!!! (hope you don't mind, sup)

dripping and driving is a thing of the past.

the provarii (plural?) i ordered on the same day still haven't even been shipped. boo! so now instead of loving the "P" until i get the REO, it has a lot of catching up to do. i'm afraid it's very unlikely to happen. :p
