Question about Halo glass bottle

Hi, all my Halo test pack bottle are made from plastic, so easy to get the juice, just squeez and juice will drop.
Today I try to fill my clearo with a Halo 15ml glass bottle and there I am lost. Cant squeez it, no juice drops, stucked.
Do I absolutely need a suringe to do this???
This designe sucks, plus, my halo bottle looks different from what I found on the official website, mine is dark purple glass bottle with flat head black plastic cover, on the website their bottle is light blue with white colored head.

I don't use Halo liquids but did you check the package your juice came in carefully to see if there was a dropper packed separately? If there isn't one try a drug store or craft store to see if they have any droppers that will fit your juice bottle.

The pic on the Halo website is of a 30ml bottle. Those ones definitely have a dropper cap - I just refilled a carto tank with Turkish Tobacco! To be honest, I didn't even know that Halo did 15ml bottles - I thought they only did 7ml (plastic) and 30ml (glass). It should have come with a dropper, though!

Where did you get it? If I were you, I'd email the vendor and/or Halo.

I'd contact the vendor, if I were you. Give them a chance to correct their mistake. They're a big name, right? They should care about keeping their reputation.

edit: I was assuming you ordered directly from halo, but did you order from a 3rd party?

Yes, there is one plastic piece as you described.

My halo comes from local redistributor and there is no box, no accessory.

All right I figured it out. I have to take out that plastic piece and turn it over then put it on the bottle, during the whole filling time I have to press this plastic to the bottle so the juice wont leak. But still when manipulate this piece I get juice all over my fingers, my carto, not nice at all.

The bottles I get when I order directly from their website are the glass with an eye dropper cap. I wonder why it's different when it comes from an International distributor.

The droppers are only in the 30ml; the 15ml use the "euro dropper" top. Best bet is to transfer it to something you are comfortable with. I believe it is real Halo though!

This is indeed a genuine halo juice, the hit, the flavor and the vapor are all just like my other halo juices. I contacted the distributor and get confirmed that only 30ml bottle comes with a dropper.
