Someone out there (not sure who) sells replacement silicon end caps for tanks . I never really had any problems with mine , but my wife had some leaks , when she used them ??? Good luck . You may also want to try using carto's instead , less muss & fuss .
Lots of vendors that sell these . There are some specifically made for Ego's . You might look at MadVapes site .

I would recommend these as well. I tried a couple of the EMDCC's from there. First one was a dud so I just thought they were garbage but the second one hit awesome. Just ordered another a few hours ago actually. Can't really lose at 2.50 a pop.

The little puncture area punching out... there's often a plastic flap which I remove even before using the tank, so that isn't the cause of the leaking. It is possible for whatever reason the hole is over-expanding or not being fully seated in the atomizer, or you are leaving it to rest in a standing position for long periods (which shouldn't cause leaking but has for some).

Either way, the caps that come with the tanks, which are plastic, are no measure for the task compared to the silicon caps you can buy separately. Cignot sells them in packs of 5 or more, for uber-cheapness. Personally I've used the same silicon caps over 20 times in succession without leakage, but you're encouraged to change them periodically to avoid leaks. I'd definitely recommend picking up some silicon caps if you aren't already using them.

for Type-A tanks: https://www.cignot.com/product_p/egt-sil-cpa.htm

for Type-B tanks: https://www.cignot.com/product_p/egt-sil-cpb.htm

(If you aren't using type-b tanks, try them. They're exquisite compared to type-A imo. YMMV)

Thank you. I was just about to order some more caps. I've never tried type B maybe it will help with my leaking issues.

Before you spend any of your hard-earned cash on type B tanks, you must know that they require type B atomizers. A type B tank will not fit a type A atomizer and vice-versa.

Just sayin.
