I personally have never been to the one B&M that is here in our town.

Mostly because I have finally found some vendors I really like and because they want more than a dollar a ml for their juice.

Will they let you bring in your own setup to use?

Like could you take in your Triton and few tanks to try juice?

I know EC Blend sells the friend tips so I guess you could buy your own and take them in.

Just an idea, it does seem a little weird to me too but then I've never even tried it so I can't really say anything.

I sample lots of things, since I'm lucky enough to have quite a few B&Ms around here. One problem is that samples around here are all 0 nic - and so to me the taste is often more muted. I got caught out the other day and bought one that was delicious, only to get it back home and fine it was not....it may be that the one I tasted was steeped longer though. I will admit that I have never found any juices, except Five Pawns, that were as deliciously complex as Halo. I have heard POET is very good - but expensive, and I'd have to take quite a drive to sample them... So far all my B&M purchases that were not Halo or Five Pawns have been pretty much duds - and this is after I sampled them. Most stores would not put them in your own clearo/tank because of the amount they would have to give you. But they will put it in a dripping atty for you, since that is merely drops (at least the ones I've found).

@ penguins : I'd just bring my own little friend tip thingies like Cindy listed. Might save you a bit of some stress. Or a dripping atty works too... Just be careful that they know how to not flood the poor things.
You'd be surprised how much many B&M employees DON'T know ;)

Tapped out on a phone... I think

Not long, only about a week. I'm just getting into this. I've just been using the disposable e-cigs but I've got to get away from them or I will throw in the towel. Just not very good to me.

Don't beat yourself for caving, especially with those disposables. A lot of people take a while to completely quit. I still have 2-3 a day and I'm a few months in, there's a whole nother thread somewhere else on the forum with people that still smoke. As long as you aren't still smoking a pack a day its a win. I was beating myself up for not being able to quit completely, but everyone here is sooooo supportive and no one will berate you for that. And you might find the tables turned as soon as you get the better equipment

I used to smoke a pack a day of Malborough Ultra Lights and started at 18, but I went down to 12 within a week (NOT while I was using throwaway ecigs). Some people need to start on 24mgs to get rid of the craving. I wouldn't worry about having too high a level of nic to start - if it isn't high enough it just won't do it for you imo. Once I got the Halo tanks I immediately was able to go to 12, but that was because I got a better hit, I think. I'm going to get a couple of friends started with Halo gear and Tribeca, but I'm going to start them at 18mg - even in the Halo tanks - because I think it will be easier for them (and they can't chain vape while they're working).

I smoked 11/2 pack menthol lights. I started with 18mg but I had to jump up to 24mg. And don't beat yourself up I smoked the first month I was vaping. It's a hard habit to kick. Remember vaping is only a nicotine replacement, you've got 4000 other chemicals your getting off of too. Drink plenty of water and count each less cig as a victory. This is a journey not cold turkey suffering.

The Triton is a solid kit, performs well, and Halo CS is pretty darn good. I got a leaky defective tank and they replaced it right away, asked me to send pics for their QC team to make sure they don't let things like this get by them again.(it happens.) As for other Juices, I just got some juice from Nicoticket and it's phenomenal( Custards last stand and creme brulee), going to order some other flavors from them soon. (betelgeuse, H1N1, gravity, and probably grandmas cinnamon danish.)
