Question about Lorann Oils

So in the past ive made 0mg ejuice with lorann oils but because it was in PG there wasnt a throat hit or anything so i scraped it, the taste was good but no hit. Today i just got some peppermint flavoring and mixed in with some 6mg VG and when i heated it up its looks all chunky and gross. Anyone ever had this happen or possibly know why its happening? I heated it and mixed it all and then it goes smooth but shaking it makes it get chunky again, worried about it lol.
