Question about menthol flavors

I am currently smoking a flavor by WC which comes in the 808's which I have now. I am waiting now for my eGo T display to charge at the moment and I only have e-liquid right now from a few places, but I haven't found one that I like. I have purchased e-liquid from Tonic USA/puresmoker.com which was probably the nastiest stuff I have ever tasted. I then purchased my eGo T @ eliquid-USA.com and with it I purchased a bottle of their menthol which when it came to me it had a sticker that said dromadary and then another sticker that said menthol. Well I know what dromadary is and it means "camel" which I am assumming means that it is supposed to taste like camel annalogs. I can tell you this much IT DOESN'T TASTE LIKE CAMEL! It tastes more like "camel .....". Sorry for the language. I now have some on the way from Rawr Vapor. I have ordered some menthol as well as some of their flavors with menthol added. I am hoping these are much better. I am, however, up for hearing any advice on where the best menthol flavors are. I want a clean menthol taste. I don't like the minty flavors that I have tried so far. If I could get the flavor that I currently use I would use that, but it only comes in the 808 style e-cigs and I would rather try to find a refillable type e-liquid that I can do myself. I might want to try DIY and try my hand at making my own flavor, but I want the experienced vapers input and advice. So............ Here is your chance to pipe up and tell me about your fav flav.:vapor:

Okay well I don't know how long you are vaping. But I am going to tell you that no matter what juice you try, if you are looking for one that tastes exactly like <insert favorite cigarette here>, you are wasting your time. No such juice exists.

Also, I didn't smoke menthols, but I am planning on experimenting some with menthol vapes soon, but my suggestion is to not try and limit yourself to menthol flavors. There is a rainbow of flavors in e-juice. Perhaps try a fruit flavor, I'm partial to blueberry flavors for some reason, or a not-menthol but mint flavor (like a mint candy flavor).

Essentially my suggestions are to try and be more generalized in your juices. Also if you try a juice and find you don't like it, keep it anyway. Store it in a cool dark place and let it sit. Some e-juices age like fine wine, others age like fish. On top of that if you've just quit smoking tobacco your tastes can and will change over time (sometimes very quickly and without warning).

That said I too am interested in what others have to say about various menthol juices because I'd like to try some--I did like Salem Black Label when I smoked but that was the only menthol I liked. Well not quite true, I do like several menthol nasal snuffs.

I haven't been vaping for long and I just started doing it myself. I started with an e-cig from White Cloud which I actually enjoy the flavor somewhat. I however wanted to save more money by getting rid of all those disposible cartridges. I have started to taste other flavors that I got from Rawr Vapor and I added the menthol to it. Some of them I like with the menthol and some I think might be good without the menthol flavor. The reason I didn't want to go without the menthol flavor at first was that got some flavored ones from WC and the cappucino one kinda had a tobacco flavor behind it and tasted more like a full flavor which I don't care for. I also tried their bad apple flavor which was ok but I wasn't really impressed with it. I have however found a few like I said that I do truely enjoy. Thanks so much for the few of you who did respond. I certainly expected more to reply than that but oh well. I will also shop around to find the perfect menthol as well. So far I'm still lookin. If I can't find one I think I might still buy the carts from WC but just vape with the other flavs as a day time treat in between hits from my menthol e-cig. I think I will try MT Baker next, I suppose.

I think that this is what it comes down to. Vaping is always going to be somewhat different, so you're better off taking advantage of the differences and trying out the wide variety of flavours available than trying to find an exact replacement.

Greetings this is my first post. Dont know if im doing it correct lol, well I was also after that flavor that mimicked a real cancer stick, being that that's what I have been addicted to for over 15 years. I tried different fruit and menthol flavors and just couldn't get that flavor satisfaction that would make it easy for me while making the switch. It wasn't to long after vaping flavors "unsatisfied yet happy to be smoke free" that I tried The tobacco juice made with real extract derived from actual tobacco leaves. I was sold by that fact alone. I would ad some icy menthol to it for that kick that I needed and it was just like old times again. Sure no vapor can taste like a real cig, and we all have different taste, but this worked for me and I can only hope that it could work for others. The hardest part is making the transition but once you do, vaping, like fine wine can be appreciated for its endless pallet. I still vape tobacco daily just without adding the menthol now. I found other daily vapes that makes my tobacco seem plain, but a series of clouds later and im puffin real tobacco once again, as pure as vapor can deliver it! Good luck to the majority who are trying to get off of the Anna Logs!!

Thanks so much for all of your advice! I found this site called Aroma Ejuice, and I got their Menthol with the WTA, and I really enjoy it. It is very similar to smoking a Menthol analog. I'm going to try their nuport which is without the WTA, and see if I like it, and try the regular Menthol that they have also. I'm not too picky, but I don't like the ones with too much Menthol, or the sweet Menthol either.
