Hello everyone. I am in the process of trying to duplicate V4L's Premium Kamel Menthol Nobacco juice. It has been a flavor I just love to vape on all day. If V4L sold the concentrate I would buy it from them all day long. Their prices are reasonable but they charge almost $7 on shipping which is high. I have started to mix my own liquids with great success. This is one that is stumping me a bit.
I called them and found out it is a primarily PG juice. It seems thick in the bottle like its more VG, but they confirmed its primarily PG.
My 1st mix was
10ml
80% PG - 20% VG
10% Flavor
-7% Totally Wicked Camel Extract
-3% TFA Menthol
With that mix I vaped it and really didn't get any taste, so I emptied my tank back into the mix bottle and added 15 more drops of Camel to the original mix.. taking the mix upwards around 15% flavor im guessing. I didn't add anymore menthol.
It tasted a lot better.. the camel flavor was good, the menthol was good also. It seems I am missing a minty sweetness to it tho. I was thinking about adding some general sweetner and a tad of spear mint or wintergreen flavor.
Any ideas? Im sure I just have to keep trying to add flavors and document my progress to try and get to the perfect mix.
Its not that I am cheap and don't want to pay V4L for their juice.. its mostly the challenge.
Im also thinking I might try a RY4 mix w/ menthol, that might be sweeter since it contains caramel, etc..
What do you guys like as a tobacco mentol mix? I used to smoke Camel Silvers (Menthol Lights) Im trying to emulate that as much as possible.
