Question about my vision spinner battery not working as it should

Hey all, so here's the deal. Vision spinner 1300mah battery. roughly 2 months old, worked fine until recently. It seems no matter what I do to the dial (turn it up, turn it down, 3.3v to 4.8v) the voltage is staying at 3.3v

I've checked it multiple times with my dmm, both at fresh recharge and after a day's worth of vaping. Same reading. 3.336v. Anyone have any idea what could be causing the vv part to not be vv anymore? my other battery (same spec) works flawlessly, readings are consistent with what they should be. Both were bought at the same time from reputable source.

the rotating dial my have broke so it will turn but wont increase the voltage.

If you rotate the dial and the voltage doesn't vary, the dial thing is broken. Try it more then once.

Order a few more new ones. You can't have enough backups.

The little dial thingy is probably broken. I've had this happen to two Spinners in the past two months. They were about four months old. I guess nothing lasts forever!

Recently had this happen too. Took it apart carefully and couldn't find a fix for it. I think it's easiest to buy another and not worry about it anymore.

ended up ordering a couple more, really miffed about it only being 2 months old and already broken :/ more reason to get a mech mod! :]

Never mind,I just read your post again and realized your not happy with them. Come to think if it my wife has trouble keeping a charge in hers.

I initially bought a Spinner 1300 clone from my local B&M, and then ordered a real Vision Spinner 1300. The clone has been great, the Vision I had to send back because it failed the first day, and the replacement (they only had an ugly green one...) is screwed up so that I can'r screw the tanks all the way on before the Spinner power starts going on. No big deal, it's a backup, but I went back down to the B&M & got another clone. It actually seems to be a nicer battery than the original! Save yours as a backup, and get one for daily use, and you're golden! Backup of a backup is the way I look at it.
