question about nicotine levels..

I've heard That the higher the nicotine is, the quality of the flavor goes down..is there any truth in that?

I've never heard anything like that, but then again I've stuck to just 12mg.

Not the case at all however, throat hit does go up with higher nic levels (and higher PG).

I go 6 to 12 but anything higher than that..the flavor diminish quite a bit and the nicotine becomes overpowering

That might be the problem..I do tend to vape on a pg heavy level..might have to adjust that.

With higher nic levels, it definitely hits the throat harder and adds more peppery sorts of overtones to the flavor.

Bad nicotine, on the other hand, can have a distinctly funky flavor. I only use Wizard Labs or MFS for my nic and haven't had any issues, though.

Strangely, as my nic level has come down I've also been using more VG. I find I enjoy the smoother and very slightly sweet flavor as a note to my (mostly) menthol.
